You may someday need to remove or replace your Jeep tj door latch lock actuator and this video will show you just how easy it is. You'll need to remove the door panel first but that is shown on other videos. basically you just need to remove the 3 torx screws and 4 rods and its ready to come out

I don't have three torx, only the bottom row. And latch won't popup.
