I put this machine in my bedroom so I could pick up people at the bar and not sound creepy by saying hey want to come back to my bedroom and see my flaming finger
the timer actually counts down faster the closer you get to the finish so you need to keep moving your finger faster and faster but every time another person plays it and keeps loosing the game adjusts the difficulty a bit easier so the next person playing it has a better chance of winning then before
Did you notice at 0:50 that the timer speeds up tremendously at the last 8 seconds. He would have won if it continued the same pace as when the timer first started. Rigged !!!!!
everyone is complaining that as he gets closer it goes faster... and that its rigged. It isnt rigged that is how the game is supposed to work. the timer is supposed to get faster as you get closer, its the point of the game.
GoobNoob Incorrect. if you make it to the final stage before 5 seconds are up you have a chance at winning, at the final part YOU MUST get through it at max speed without missing a beat then you'll win.
the shirt trick can help since your finger won't drag and it gives the game a bigger area to see, but the key is still to blow through the last 1/4 of the maze as fast as possible. The software generally won't allow you to win that often, even with the shirt, and should compensate if there are too many wins. This machine was set to allow a win every 1800 plays initially.
@coolstuff254 I'll make an example of you..it's not crap. This is how ALL "skill" games are controlled -- just like a slot machine, so the house has the edge. If you won 2 or 3 times in a row it's because you have enough skill to get through it fast and probably hundreds of people before you didn't, so the game allowed you to win per it's internal settings. If the machine is giving away redemption tickets it can be set so you can win very often. If it's giving away iPods it won't be that easy.
this, like most newer arcade games, are set at a specific pay out rate. As in, it's physically impossible to win unless you're lucky and play when it's set to pay out.
This game is set to a pay-out rate as you can see when he set the machine and said , "i set it to win every five times" which means the time speeds up and you loss unless its due for a payout
Yea it goes faster at the end, thats why you have to do good in the beginning so you'll have some time at the end. The trick is: when you reach near the end, you have to fast as hell. I did that recently and i beat it
once i saw one of these and i tryed opening a door at random and it opened. Not only did i not pay anything, but i got my dad (by accident) a very nice 12 karat gold watch with the LA dodgers logo in the center. :)
One time, just out of no where, I was at my little cousin's 6th birthday party at Chuckee Cheese and I was just watching some dude play this exact game and he won, but all of a sudden the damn machine set on fire! No frickin' joke! Everyone had to get out... and my cousin's party was stopped an hour early. CHEAP MACHINES!!!
Man what a game. Use to play this in the arcade in Meadowhall shopping centre years ago. I used to cheat the game by using soap from the near by toilet soap dispenser lol
Honestly if you had the time it actually says you could win everytime. but then it would be harder to re-stock cause the owner isnt making any money he would be actually losing a lot.
Guys, let me point something out right now. The countdown speeding up has nothing to do with the game being rigged. They clearly put a message on the game's instruction card printed on the game itself that says, and I quote, "Game timer rate will increase as you become closer to the finish". That is just how the game is designed.
The trick is to still go really fucking fast even before the end because even though the timer ticks down much faster that extra second or half second can make a difference.
your realy fast ha i can't even get it move because it does'nt drag along with my finger i'm going to try the shirt trick though and just asking does it work with a stylus?
I just figured out with the last 10 times that i have won is that the more time you have in a maze the more likely your gonna win,, like 6 wins ive gotten were in mazes that were 14 seconds+
All so called skill games are set the same way. To pay out after a certain amount of plays. What bothers me are the obvious ones like the ring of lights game were you press a button to stop it on the jackpot light while the light is going around the ring and it always stops just one light short. Even if you stopped it directly on the jackpot it just moves over one real quick like your not going to notice.
It's impossible to win these ._. I CLEARLY had 4 seconds left one time when we went on vacation to Florida (otherwise, I would've filmed it, but i didnt have a video camera..) anyways, I was RIGHT AT THE EXIT. 4 seconds left and it said that time was out..
@propcycle Every 1800 tries??? Wow, that's a pretty cheap owner because if it costs 50 cents to play, and the prizes are an Ipod ($150), then he basically makes $750 every time someone wins. I'd rather have more people winning, and make less, that way you'll have more traffic (more people playing).
i died when he said "hey nice choice"
Nothing in price box here 😂
The way to do is go slow and then go fast when you reach the end. It tricks the timer lol
Idk how my friend did it then, because he beat it like 3-4 times in a row.
Derek S. Music really? I have to try it sometime
damn did i laugh at the "You get NOTHING, good day sir!"
"You get nothing. Good day, sir."
It's a Willy Wonka reference.
I put this machine in my bedroom so I could pick up people at the bar and not sound creepy by saying hey want to come back to my bedroom and see my flaming finger
No crap cause its rigged :D
Omg hi Matt
the timer actually counts down faster the closer you get to the finish so you need to keep moving your finger faster and faster but every time another person plays it and keeps loosing the game adjusts the difficulty a bit easier so the next person playing it has a better chance of winning then before
It's rigged when your almost done the time speeds up
Lawrence Tolentino no shit
They all come with a piece of instruction above the screen saying exactly that LMFAO
Did you guys not watch the full video? He proves its rigged. All these prize games are rigged.
actually there is a disclaimer that says the clock speeds up at the very end
Did you notice at 0:50 that the timer speeds up tremendously at the last 8 seconds. He would have won if it continued the same pace as when the timer first started. Rigged !!!!!
Next time I go to Dave and Busters I'll invite you along!
MOST IMPOSSIBLE GAME EVER
10....9....8...7..6..5.43210 GAMEOVER
everyone is complaining that as he gets closer it goes faster... and that its rigged. It isnt rigged that is how the game is supposed to work. the timer is supposed to get faster as you get closer, its the point of the game.
It has to be ready to pay out to let you win.
GoobNoob Incorrect. if you make it to the final stage before 5 seconds are up you have a chance at winning, at the final part YOU MUST get through it at max speed without missing a beat then you'll win.
It's always fun to have a bobby pin and a rock to access the main menu
"Nice Choice!"?!?
NICE CHOICE MY ASS
This game’s clearly rigged
the idea is that you are so concentrated on the maze that you don't notice how fast the clock counts down towards the ending
"YOU GET NOTHING.
GOOD DAY SIR"
the shirt trick can help since your finger won't drag and it gives the game a bigger area to see, but the key is still to blow through the last 1/4 of the maze as fast as possible.

on the instructions it sez that the time will speed up the closer u get to winning
i've never even heard of this game
I played it and searched this video when I got home
the times gets faster on 5 seconds
I was looking at the time the whole time and it goes slow in the beginning and at the end, it went super fast!
lol if it was a real win i would put his iphone in the prize box when he won and then it would be locked in for the next person
@coolstuff254 I'll make an example of you..it's not crap. This is how ALL "skill" games are controlled -- just like a slot machine, so the house has the edge. If you look closely you'll notice that when you reach a certain spot the time goes faster
This game is set to a pay-out rate as you can see when he set the machine and said , "i set it to win every five times" which means the time speeds up and you loss unless its due for a payout

"U Get Nothing, its a good day son!"
i laughed so hard :D
One time, just out of no where, I was at my little cousin's 6th birthday party at Chuckee Cheese and I was just watching some dude play this exact game and he won, but all of a sudden the damn machine set on fire! His finger was definitely flamin after that one
Man what a game. Use to play this in the arcade in Meadowhall shopping centre years ago. I used to cheat the game by using soap from the near by toilet soap dispenser lol
Collect your prize!
* The box is empty.
Nice choice!
You can CLEARLY see it is hard as crap to beat AND f*cking rigged, but it's fun. Like, really, really fun.
Since the clock moves quicker at the end, it's gennerly impossible to win under 17 seconds. I've played a lot, I can usually win 15+ seconds.
If you've ever played this in real life you'd know that its suppoesed to speed up... on some games it even says it on the side
He said: "My girlfriend calls me the flamin finger"
I’ve never cheated on this game yet I’ve beat it almost every time
Why did someone put a sticker on that number screen?
"you get nothing, good day sir" Whoever said that, they are my hero! :D
Honestly if you had the time it actually says you could win everytime. but then it would be harder to re-stock cause the owner isnt making any money he would be actually losing a lot.
HA!!!! "YOU GET NOTHING!! GOOD DAY SIR!!!!" haha

where can i find one of these machines that have the prices
You see the time strike down to zero when he gets near the finish?
so that's how you set a pay out rate on an arcade machine...
once I tried to see if one of the empty doors would open, and I set off an alarm when I tried opening it
look at the seconds they skip to zero when he gets close
When I played Flamin Finger I won a Pokémon Sun for the 3DS once
Use your shirt: the #1 way to win.
it says on the machine that the timer speeds up at the end
thats the point of the machine. they also want to get some or alot of profit from it. arcades that have prizes, are all made this way, even the claw
The trick is to still go really fucking fast even before the end because even though the timer ticks down much faster that extra second or half second can make a difference.
LOL i love the YOU GET NOTHING GOOD DAY SIR from williywonka part ROFLL
YOU GET NOTHING!
THIS MACHINE IS RIGGED
if you see clearly the time it gets faster when reaching the end
wtf the time speeds up when u get closer to the end.
whats the color red, orange and yellow means. isit how many time you win to get the prize or its just for attraction
I wish I had the guts to do that in my arcade >.
holy shit it's a slot machine O_O
What is the loud noise in the background, meaning is there someone talking over a Mic.
My girlfriends say I'm the best flamin "Finger."
your girlfriend calls me the cheating flamin finger...
no. its not gradual like that. its instantly at a predesignated attempt.
it looks like once you get to 5 it speeds up. everytime.
was that a pokemon claw machine next to it at 2:35
This game is one of the sorriest excuses of games I've ever played
not to mention the prizes usually suck
keep a beat with how the seconds countdown and watch as the finger closes in...
All you need to do is go fast and don't make a mistake more than one
Are there no honest prize games anymore?
you only beat it when it lets you according to the payout rate set by the operator. you never ever beat it through skill. ever.
your realy fast ha i can't even get it move because it does'nt drag along with my finger i'm going to try the shirt trick though and just asking does it work with a stylus?
I just figured out with the last 10 times that i have won is that the more time you have in a maze the more likely your gonna win,, like 6 wins ive gotten were in mazes that were 14 seconds+
Thank you for teaching me how to do it guys
Everytime i play this at an arcade, I use my middle finger it works for me. XD
i like flamin finger but when you get to the end, the time goes like 3x faster
Won on my second try yesterday and now I'm enjoying my headphones that cost me 2 tokens. By the way I just had a deja vu
All so called skill games are set the same way. To pay out after a certain amount of plays. the game says "Fuck You" when you get close to the end
Don't even try with that game. If you watch, the reason he is loosing is because the time skips from 4-0 at the end of the maze
here's a good prank. buy a vii, put it in a wii box and give to someone as a gift.
my flaming finger is between my index and ring finger.
that would mean the people who came up with these actually cared about the people using them =)
did u guys notice that the timer jumps from 2.36 to 0.00?
If you look at the time when he starts it goes slow but when his about to get to the end it goes straight to 0:00
do you see how it gets faster at the end?!?!?
You won:Nothing.
IT HAS A SET PAYOUT RATE
TownForks1 yes when you get close to the end the time speeds up
Great Willy Wonka throwback! Ha!
So basically you jamed on the door for the thingy and did the thing? Is it even yours or something?
It clearly has like 5 seconds left but ends it if u get even close lol
lol u should play till u win then someone has to put their phone or wallet in the empty box then they have to play till they win
