I honestly had no interest in Neuvillette until I started seeing his character in the archon quest... and then I just got so intrigued by his play style and fell in love lmao. (And the videos comparing him to Fontaine otters helped....)

To answer your question as to why he keeps showing different numbers in damage there are two reasons ! Firstly, you’re getting the Aria state from Widsith which is the only one he can actually use for his kit since it provides an Element Dmg bonus (the other two are quite useless on him, especially the ATK% one) and secondly which is most important, Neuvillettes damage increases three times by how many different hydro reactions the team has made, that’s why you need three different elements in a team with him so dont forget to also use zhongli since he’s not there for a shield only! I hope this helped please do tell me if you have any other questions, Happy 4.1 and 3rd Anniversary ! :D
ok Rednas unironically Prototype Amber is Neuvi’s best f2p weapon lol! obviously the HP stat is good for him since he scales off HP, but the energy refund is also good for helping meet his ER requirements so he can burst consistently and get those droplets that he needs to fire his charged attack faster! :) also it’s definitely good idea to hold on to any golden troupe pieces you get! not only is it an upgrade for Fischl (one of Neuvi’s best teammates) but also the 1st artifact domain in each region has always had the archon’s BiS set so if you do plan to pull Furina i’m willing to bet she’ll use golden troupe ;)✨
I love Neuvillette sooo much. Everything about him is so great. It was some time since I fell in love with character so deeply (to the point that I want to C6R1). Can't wait to see how you played Neuvillette's story quest. It left me in tears.

I'd recommend putting Prototype Amber on him cuz Widsth only gives him 1 usable buff, and prototype Amber is a lot more reliable,plus it helps with energy recharge.

I also was super lucky and won ANOTHER 50/50 13 wishes later and got his c1 😭😭 Also OMG I'm so happy you put the Shoop da Whoop sound with his charged attack, I was sad no one did that yet, it’s such an ancient veteran meme 😭😭😂 I really loved to Sumeru and still do, and I was missing it a bit during the 4.0 quests but now Fontaine is really growing on me. After the 4.1 archon quests I love all the new characters, their dynamics are great 😭 (Sorry for rambling)

Yup, he's broken, and I love him. I pulled for him both on main account and my f2p challenge, and it wasn't very long before he literally carried one side of the f2p gang in the abyss reset. Both accounts got his book as well, and f2p had way better luck cuz they won the first 50/50 or whatever it's called for the scam banner (me passing two path points on main account: "Well, that's ONE way to get Staff of Homa"). If Furina really is the hydro archon, she may be the first archon I never pull (I hate her) but it's fine... hydro daddy is the true archon.

On marechaussee hunter you only need 64 crit to get 100% crit rate, 49 crit rate if there's a cryo res and the enemy has the cryo aura or is frozen though in freeze comps blizzard provides just a bit more crit rate providing 40 crit rate with it's 4-piece sett bonus compared to marechaussee hunter's 36 so generally in freeze blizzard provides 4 more crit rate meaning that with cryo res you would only need 45% crit rate in freeze, hope this helps anyone deciding between the two sets for Wriothesley or just planning on using either of the sets for someone else.
