Love your videos! I also love cheesy broccoli soup or even creamy broccoli soup. To make them a tad thicker, I blend anout half of it before adding cheese. Yum.
I am 60 and have been exercising 5 days a week for about 25yrs. I've tried yoga but have one knee that is hard to kneel on d/t arthritis.
