Man, I loved this song as a kid, but I don't remember it being this epic. Metal does make everything better! All the singers killed it, the drummer was fantastic, awesome guitar solo, keyboards rocking, and I loved the dancing nutcracker in the back. Stay safe, God Bless, keep rocking.
For some reason, I strongly disliked this song as a kid. But now, as an adult, I love this version.
@@HaecceitasQuidditas As I grew older, I found I could not stomach Christmas music, but now that I am discovering metal versions I like it again.
These are the one of the best concert's you can go too...i was there it was so great, people dress up with Christmas lights, just amazing. Sadly they're not coming to Helsinki this year.

Tuomas Wäinölä, who played the guitar solo, is the guitarist of Marko's solo band. Marko's solo band was active in 2019-20 and then the pandemic hit, Marko's personal problems etc... Now in the summer of 2022 they had a couple of gigs and Marko might activate the band again when he first makes new music (a new solo album).

AWESOME VIDEO! My absolute favorite Christmas song as a child. You'd pretty much have to bag me and drag me to a Christmas concert around here. But if we had one with rock stars and flame throwers, Id line up all day to get ticks for a show like this!

The singers were JP Leppäluoto, Anthony Parviainen, Tuple Salmela (you saw him in the Tarot songs that you reacted to, but he looked quite different back then), and of course Marko Hietala. You'll get an even wider roster of singers in Raskasta Joulua song "Tulkoon Joulu" as well as "Ilouutinen". Both are available on Jeppe Jeppinen's channel as well.
"Ilouutinen" is actually only with its English name "Happy News" on Jeppe's channel.
