I agree with you about this topic. My cats eat as close to their natural diet as is possible in today's world; I feed them small animal food only and avoid things like cow that they would not eat if in the wild. They also get wheat grass, which they love to munch on, so they get salads as often as they'd like too. It's not fun to know where their food comes from, however, I believe that it would be a non-vegan act to not give my cats what they biologically were designed for. If I had rescued a cow I wouldn't feed her meat for the same reason; it's not what their body was designed for.
