Welcome to the Burlingame Gardens neighborhood. This neighborhood is really nicely located just East of Carolan, so basically East of California Drive, just South of Broadway and just East of Rollins Road and kind of right near the Porsche Audi dealership.
What's really nice about the neighborhood, is it's super close to Burlingame High School and the aquatic center and Washington Park, so it's all really walkable. You're also just a few blocks away from Broadway, with all the shopping and restaurants. And it's a very small neighborhood and most of the homes here are two and three bedrooms, anywhere from 1200 to 1600, 1700 square feet. And typically it's always been Burlingame's most affordable neighborhood, primarily because of the location and kind of the smaller homes that are here. So if you're looking to get into Burlingame, this is like at the top of a lot of people's lists from that perspective.
