i'd rather have a smaller one mansion😁. because this mansion is sooo wooww! Masyadong nakaka lula sa Laki. (Pati na din ung presyo guys😁) but ito yung mansion na kakaiba. I mean bibihira nalang makakita ng ganitong mansion haha lalo na sa mga hampas lupang katulad ko haha! But this mansion is really nice. Very rare nowadays. 👍

This is actually a mall. 🙄😀 Parang it could be turned into an event's place or commercial hall or office for some foundation, non-profit organization, or learning school. 😂 But of course, Ayala Village would not allow. Good investment though, I wish I'm a billionaire, good location/community/structural plan/ layout design of every floor and facade. Can't wait for part 2.
This house may not be for everyone's liking, but the amount of attention to details that the builders put in here is highly worthy of applause.

@Night Parade this house is so American, something you will see in Beverly hills. living an American dream means extravagant and showy kinda turns off there's a lot of unnecessary spacious too huge for me modern house is more practical I agree with you.

Who would’ve thought that a house like this exist in the Philippines? I was blown away watching this tour video! Grabe! Sobrang elegant! This is just an empty house! What more if its furnished, with all the expensive furnitures, curtains woven in gold and silver threads, a grand piano in the ballroom, red carpet on the staircase? Its like living in Santa Monica, California! Thanks for sharing this incredible house tour!

This house, I mean mansion, is located along Country Club Dr. corner Taysan St. in Ayala Alabang. Actually, there are other huge mansions located in the area. Some are even bigger than this one, like this, with more than 10 Main Bedrooms, recreational areas, etc. We have a lot of palatial houses here in the country, just giving you an idea the magnitude of the living spaces of the top 1% of the population.

...our old home was on Country Club Drive between Anonas and Makiling, we were there in 1981-90, sold the house in 2000.

Eto yung house na nadaanan nila Hungry Syrian(Basel) noon na itinuro nung friend niya na taga Ayala Alabang din, itong house na to e ang may ari daw ay Fil-Chinese na nalugi. Noong napanood ko yun, sabi ko sa sarili ko na, sana ma feature siya sa isang Open House Tour, at eto na nga. Thank you Presello kasi, nakita ko na yung loob niya kung anong itsura kasi pagdating sa labas gandang ganda talaga ako. Excited na ko sa Part 2 nito. ❤🤗

I remember always passing by this house (and two others just like it) when I was in grade 7, since my school was inside the village. I never knew how big it was, wow! The space is amazing.

I’m really not an old mansion type, especially because cleanliness and sleekness isn’t necessarily the end-goal for these types of homes - it’s more era of grandeur and old architecture.
But I so appreciate the intricacy these buildings have. Obviously this house is a bit run-down and it needs a lot of furnishing and fixing up. I can only imagine how well this can be improved by new owners who can make it homier.
Or maybe converted into something like a venue site or restaurant or luxury inn. Imagine dining and then having all that architecture around you. Jeez. That would be amazing.

I had worked for a few days in a real palace where there is an elevator and the basement have a private beauty salon with a wide living room area and a very spacious room just for the shoes..The main ground floor had various dining room and a private kitchen with their own chef ofcourse.The owner told us he had 18 angels referring to his household servants and 21 male staff..He was a very kind and gentle person aside from the fact that he is a billionaire..An experience I would never forget in my life. Just sharing..

The older I get the less I’m impressed by flashy finishes and size. What stands out to me is the simple white French doors and the beautiful rounded door near the breakfast nook. It’s the simple things. 🤷🏼♀️

The structure was surreal! Very similar to a palace you may observe from probably early 1900s or earlier... Its just amazing to know we got mansions like this in the Philippines..

the good thing about this house is it isn't that scary like the other mansions
I think it is because it got lots of windows so it is bright during the day. But it is the opposite at nighttime since there's no electricity there, just pure darkness.

This is a big WOW! I love how this mansion is designed, epitome of CLASS and Architecture. However as Julia says her heart aches by not having this house finished, i felt that big time. It was very heartbreaking. 💔

we pass by this house almost everyday. my husband said house daw ni Manny P. It's been there since I gave birth and no one has ever lived in that house. so, atleast 5 years na siguro yan vacant.

This place is way too big to be anyone’s house.. unless you’re gonna have several families living in it haha I’d honestly turn this place into a small hotel or bed and breakfast 🤷🏽♀️ or its perfect place to hold events. Ex: use the backyard for your garden wedding ceremony, reception dinner in the bigggggg dining room, dancing floor in the entertainment room w an open bar, plenty of rooms for the wedding guests to stay in. Endless features that’ll make for a beautiful wedding pictures too
