    Being a Donny lad and bought up in a railway town it was lovely to see this train live close by. Now got train to Exeter every hour. Brilliant

    Wow this is incredible. Before the old buildings were turned into outdoor adventure centre, all the old goods yard lines still there. Awesome video

    Interesting that at 6:11 it appears to show a class 47 on the "Gen Set", i.e. a rake of HST coaches with the generator van at one end and a standard coach, in this case an NSE liveried Mk2, on the other. I didn't realise it was still in use that late, unless it's an ECS move using a BG not the generator van.

    What a time capsule Oakhamphton station was.
    Wonder qhat it looks like today, if its there at all !?

      Oh Ian. Oakhampton is certainly there today and looking wonderful including rejuvenated infrastructure and a good GWR service to/from Exeter!
