I must admit (And happy to say) George is my favorite artist on planet earth. One reason is his music touches me in my heart of hearts. Beauty defined indeed to me. His beautiful music is left with us. Like a guide, spoken thru George by a divine intelligence. So, there are many things that George created in his life. This album is one of them. With a decent set of headphones, Incense of your choice and a comfortable darkened room I've enjoyed many years of levitation to higher places. Thank you Ravi & George.

I listen to chants alot. This CD helps me relax. The music is mesmerizing with soothing voices. I saw george and Ravi in 1974. I treasure the memories of that show. Thank you for the spiritual mood relaxing sounds. I love george and ravi. I'm another Apple scruff for over 50 years. "That's all".
George and his Indian ways did not get to me till 29 or so. I wistfully envy you being an Apple 🍏 Scruff. How I love Shankar as well. Lovely sounds.

I miss george harrison. I wish he was around when i was born. I have been alive 16 of 20 years that he's been gone. I think of how life would have been different if he was still here. But he'll live on in my heart and soul until I get to heaven. You better watch out george, because when i get there i'll track you down and hug the daylights out of you.

Yes.That is true.Music in India is heavily deteriorating day by day.But as a musician I Think There are also some really honest and true musicians here who still make good music like A.R Rahman Saab.And Of Tony kakkar, the level of audience is really very low minded people who are misguided by these people like tony kakkar and Badshah etc. who are fooling themselves and also the audience.
A revolution is needed to bring that real music era back.
And International bands like Coldplay,Oasis still make music by heart.
@@AvinashPandit959 I am a die hard oasis fan but they are no more together, BTW Noel is making rubbish music these days. However my point is where are new musicians who make good songs with meaningful lyrics, just listen to billboard top 20 you will spit on those songs they all sound same and have no soul what so ever and guess what this trend is getting more popular and sadly there's no hope in future. But glad to know that you listen to rock n roll,not many Indians know who beatles and oasis are.😅

My future wife was born Indian and I'm a westerner. But the story of George Harrison indulging himself in an old eastern religion gives me hope that some day my spouse's parents will accept me as a white man, marrying their Indian daughter. Unfortunately religion gets watered down by racism but I'm glad to see George Harrison be treated as an equal.
I want to visit Mandirs so bad but my complexion casts me as an outsider.
We are all humans. We fear someone different from us. The parents fear for their daughter's future. U just be with her. Be happy. Take care of each other. Everything else will fall in line.
