Thank you! Needed to help my hips realign after achilles surgery (my hip took a beating) Followed the steps exactly, was fantastic, added a little PNF in the middle and boom! The difference here was you did not instruct by asking us to imagine someone pulling a string from our head. I was a powerliter, so thinking of 1000 lbs on my head kept it in the same spot but instantly forced my hips down and open. Best cue, ever. Short and sweet. Make a short and get more views! Thanks again!
Thank you so much for this video! I found out about the Horse Stance today and tried it, I can do about 45 seconds, I think I will try to increase with 10 seconds every week, the exercise is very good, I love the burn feeling and I feel way better after I doing it! It's only been a day and yet I feel as if I've gained so much! Thanks again for the amazing information and great demonstration!
This is good sound works. I have a point of difference the toes don’t grab the floor the weight is distributed through the heel and the ball of the foot so the feet are then relaxed allowing the stance and legs to relax more into the ground. Interesting just a different tack. Cheers

The traditional advice says "Five toes grab the floor" (五指抓地). Not hard, but they do.
