I am a track engineer (civil engineer ) in indian railway,where I know this accident is the result of poor system,corrupt railway officer,unskilled railway employee,untrained employee,there is no any employee satisfaction of job ,No employee welfare , Indian Railway still using old conventional track maintenance methods which was used in old british era.Still we are using kerosene oil lamp to pass the train where train is running 130 kmph speed. All higher grade officer at divisional level are busy to make maximum amount of tender in which they can maximum commission for himself either the work may be sustainable or not आज रेलवे के अधिकारी गण सिर्फ अपना कमीशन के लिए जायदा से ज्यादा टेंडर ammount का काम करवाते है चाहे वो रेलवे के लिए जरुरी हो या नहीं हो एक जगह काम में एक रेलवे के divisonal इंजिनियर अधिकारी ने 10 पुलों का निर्माण करवा दिया जहा पूलों की आवश्कता ही नहीं थी रेलवे को ,सिर्फ इन् पुलों के निर्माण से टेंडर की राशी बढ गयी जिस से उस अधिकारी का कमीशन भी बढ़ गया अब आप इसी स्तिथि में रेल गाडी क्या सेफ चल पायेगी बहुत से परेशानी है अगर सारी बता दूंगा तो शयद आप रेलवे में सफ़र करना ही छोड़ देंगे
