XTool D8 Key Programming

In this video I program a key card for a Renault laguna 3 with the XTOOL D8 Full Diagnosis Bi-Directional Control, ECU Coding, 38+ Services, Key Programming CANFD Topology Mapping scan tool.

Without plunking down the money to find out personally from what I have gathered this unit has extremely limited ability with GM vehicles. No programming or testing ability aside from window test.
I wish more of these TH-cam reviews would do a full test on GM products aside from just the Toyotas and such.

@rinkopr5561 unfortunately I'm not familiar with GM vehicles over here in Ireland, I have used the D8 on many cars and vans and the only car it didn't work on was a Mazda 3 2021 model, I have programmed many keys for various cars successfully and used it for diagnostics and actuation tests with good success. Maybe before you purchase one you could contact sales or support with a list of vehicles and the actual tests it is capable of, I know before I bought it i was back and forth with them with questions and found them very good to deal with. thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.

I took a chance and bought it on AliExpress for €9, it’s still working perfectly without any issues.

@@quickfixmechanics my volume(s) are all maxed out and can't hear you. No none zip problems with any other video's all day until yours. The next video I watched was fine to. The beginning I could hear then it went to a whisper and could barely hear that sone one was talking but couldn't make out what was being said
