My pet theory for why junior women’s champions seem to find more success- they have already gone through most of the physical changes that adulthood brings by the time they win a junior slam. Whereas men tend to not fully reach physical maturity until later. So it allows late bloomers (in juniors) to catch up at the senior level.

I would agree, a lot of the time, the boys champions are often those who develop at a younger age compared to their peers who catch up when they reach the seniors.

A lot of excellent teenagers players, like Nadal, djokovic, Serena... They are so good that starts in the main tour way too early, so instead of playing juniors and probably won them all, they was fighting for atp level trophies already...

I am very surprised to hear neither Nadal nor Djoko won a junior major

Also I think not winning a junior grand slam motivates you a lot.
