This is one of my favourite American bands, so original and I love the various effects and novel drawing out of notes, they must have had such fun making these arrangements and then recording them so people might enjoy them almost a century later! The skill, energy and creativity of these musicians is breath-taking.

Man I love Fess Williams! Thank you for posting this, this is the first time they sound better than John RT Davies transfers, that's saying a lot. I have the Harlequin LP then the 2 CD set, but sounds the best I never forget the first time I heard You Can't Go Wrong, I was so fascinated by that last course with Fess singing and then the band playing these incredible chords. It reminds me so much of Art Deco New York City, esp Harlem of that era. I played it like eight times that night so totally fascinated by it - and it still gets me decades later

It's called TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). It is an obsessive-compulsive prejudice and hatred of the 45th President of the United States. There is no rationale or specific causality, only blind contempt for a man whose achievements are undeniable. I have no explanation for this neurotic behavior, but I am concerned that this idiocy is damaging all of us. I'm waiting for someone to produce a single valid reason why he should not be re-elected. His four years in the Whitehouse were a complete success with one effective policy after another -- I can't recall any previous president having such a consistent run of accomplishments. And the Left wants him destroyed. There were no wars under Trump, inflation was the lowest it has ever been in my lifetime, and the southern border was secure -- no illegals! Crime was at an all-time low, food prices, gasoline, electricity, taxes, and utilities were all down, and unemployment was low -- and yet, half of the country is willing to turn away and vote for an avowed neo-Marxist whose radical Left leanings (the worst we've ever seen!) will destroy our country. Karmella makes no secret about the direction she wants to take the United States. Her parents were communists and her inbred politics are now in full flower. It's unbelievable that she has gotten this far in our corrupt government. The new Democrat Party embraces these extreme ideologies and the electorate continues to endorse the insane progressives who are headstrong in creating a one-party socialist government. This will be the end of our Constitutional Republic. Nov. 5, will be our last chance to save the country -- this is an existential vote. Please vote Republican across the board -- we need to stop these lunatics who want to replace our government! I was amongst your early subscribers when your channel was just getting up and going. For years I have loved your content. Everyone is entitled to their own politics and to voice them, but to make your own TH-cam channel political when its very existence for the majority of us is as a refuge from hearing the banter from either party is extremely disappointing. 🙁 Let's just enjoy the music and forget this whilst we're here.
