@@wr006 Well, they have been divorced for two years, and if he doesn't have the children and he's still living with his mom, that will go against him. I really think he's waited too long to see UCMJ action for infidelity, but he can get a lawyer and have that lawyer contact her chain of command to see what what the next steps would be.

I was stationed in Japan for 6 years in the Navy. I met my wife now in another country on leave while there. But I can tell you, Japan destroys marriages and relationships. A lot of debauchery goes down there and especially when spouses go on deployment or IA. Anything goes and boundaries don’t exist.
