I have some Barnes Match 85g . It shoots 1.25 moa or better if I do my part . I was using Centurion MIDWEIGHT HF and BA 223W 14.5 Hanson Premium Black Series Barrels .
I mean unless you can actually prove it on video. Nothing I saw on this video says it's anything under like 1.25". Very similar to my BCM 2 gun build with similar PSA 77 ammo.

It’s a nice rifle no doubt. I will say though I built a bartlein spr profile barrel with a vltor MUR upper, SOLGW rail are 419 arca rail under same SSA-E and the other AR stuff for around 2k. So this Ridgeline rifle to me seems overpriced but as long as you’re happy. I did have to add shim and used some loctite 609 for good measure to the MUR for a better upper fit. I had to heat up the upper to fit the shimmed barrel extension.
@@Kolden999 I don’t think you can get much more performance from an ar15. Honestly I probably over spent. The level of accuracy my rifle has is almost a moot point considering the capabilities of 5.56. I can regularly hit man sized steel at 800. So if my gun is 3/4 MOA that’s 6” 🤷♂️
@@dhena8112 The advantage of this rifle over your build in my eyes is gonna be POI shift, your built gun has none of the features the RD15 has to prevent that. For a GPR setup, a build like yours is fantastic but for an SPR I'd rather spend the extra cash to get the superior product.
Why would you choose the same zero distance for an optic that sits nearly 2 inches above your primary optic? Your trajectories at different distances will not correlate
It's cool but a touch over priced, I see $2500-ish there. Now if they only offered it in 6 ARC instead! Great optic choice, I have the same glass on three different rifles now. Gotta include those fliers though, can't be hand picking your groups like that, it skews the true group data.
Never know what to think about barrel break in because world class bench rest and F class shooters claim it’s a myth. Now they’re cleaning and stripping barrels between individual competition rounds and shooting hand loads. They also expect 1/4 moa or the shit can the barrel. Maybe what they’re doing is comparable in any way, idk. They’re also shooting bolt guns which makes a difference.
As an owner of both, I would take this all day over a virtus, spear LT, or a scar 15/16. This will trash those in accuracy and don't get me started on the cons of those two platforms.
Its a nice rifle but i would like to see it ran through the ringer before i will spend that kind of monwy. Especially now a days. A bunch of companies build nice rifles for about 1k to 1.5k less and can do about the same. I am not saying anything bad. Its just theres so many out there now and for the price. @@ANRDesignLLC it’s a Proof 416 series. Stuff is actually pretty soft and it comes pre-lapped from Proof. Barrel break-in is a myth. Velocity variation is a thing…temperature, lot#, how dirty the bore is, etc. most rifles will “speed up” after fouled vs clean, but velocity remains fairly stable throughout its life until the point it is badly eroded and fire-cracked. Check out Erik Contina’s videos on barrels “speeding up”.

I'd agree on CTR stock WITH Arisaka fixings over a raw ctr stock, better grip like the Magpul XL over the B5. No one wants flip ups on a F1 gasser. Muzzle device is a waste of money since everyone is going to put their own stuff on. I'd agree on maybe the 20 round Magpul mag with a +5 extension, cleaning kit, extra zero targets. stuff like that for a hair more added value.

Ran it 200 55gr. Cleaned it. Ran it on match ammo 200. Cleaned it. Ran again 200 Cleaned after it sped up a 3rd time

5rd groups are not a measure of the barrel's accuracy. 10rds are. Flyers count. Velocity deviations in the ammo at 100yd don't matter.
