- In this video, I descibe how to diagnose and fix no heat or cool air on passenger side. This process should apply to all 2011-2020 Dodge Durango models. The driver side follows a similar process, but I suggest checking out other videos for that fix.

Thanks for showing which trim pieces to remove and how they're attached. That was a life saver.
Thanks...an actual proper video that's going to help me.
I’ll try this out. I paid 206 for refrigerant and they wanna charge another 200 to do this. I appreciate the work but damn, the part is like $20
Extremely helpful and informative. Great video. Give us more Mike!
Ty
very well explained and very helpful
Thank you, thank you!!
Hey Mike, just wondering if you could provide a link to that cool thumb ratchet (the green one) and your ratcheting bit driver. Thank you!
Usually the cause is a sticking or frozen blend door.
Did you install the entire unit then connect the wires I just want to know so it calibrates correctly
Would this cause the heater to work through defrost vents but not driver/passenger vents??
You got to ask why it broke.. mine broke because the vents have a rubber seal on them that when they are on full hot, seals it shut . But that melted and everytime its set to high heat it would stick again. I put a screw in the gear so it wouldn't allow it to fully open.. quick fix but it pisses off the actuator because it's always trying to reset itself
Hey Mike will a bad blend door cause a hissing behind my dash?
I get the same hissing for about 10 seconds on start up. Did you find out what it is or if it's related?
@@jameswarren4747 Had to replace the AC condenser along with the refrigerant, which is expensive since it's the newer RF1234. My mechanic charged me just over $1000 complete. Parts, refrigerant and labor which took them about 4 hours.
@@johnforte5005 Was it the cause of your no ac/heat from vents?? Right now I'm only getting heat to come from my defrost vents
