The Mallaig to Armadale Ferries

It didn't take long for another trip to get planned after Oban, this time it was a few days away up to the terminus of the West Highland Line and the gateway to Skye that was Mallaig. Having gotten off of the train and checked into the hotel I headed down to the harbour where upon purchasing a ticket to Skye awaiting the arrival of the MV Loch Bhrusda, not something easily missed due to her rather loud presence! Having boarded the vessel we soon departed out of Mallaig harbour and across the Sound of Sleat passing fellow Mallaig fleetmates, MV Lochnevis and MV Loch Fyne, with the weather lovely it was a nice sailing over the sea to Skye where upon arrival I spent some time in Armadale walking along the beach before watching the Loch Bhrusda heading back to Mallaig and soon after the MV Loch Fyne made her way from Mallaig and arrived at Armadale. After boarding the Loch Fyne we headed out of Armadale and proceeded back to Mallaig passing the MV Loch Bhrusda on the way across before passing the super yacht EOS on its way to Inverie. Very soon after we arrived at Mallaig where I disembarked.
