But i can't connect the 2nd device , be'coz there are no option of *Cloud* in Device setting . In Cloud i can easily put my system IP and Server Port and after it connect easily.in 2nd Device there are only 4 options (Ethernet, Serial Comm, PC Connection and Wiegand Setup). How i can connect my system with web ? kindly guide me i've tried almost everything but can't get the perfect result. your answer ll be appreciable. Thank you

Punch status of F18 is showing as unknown instead of check-in and check out...

Hi john, ensure that your biometric supports ADMS feature and from there. on the biometric device just enter the IP address of your Biotime server
