Cinzia, you shouldn’t be using the Paula’s Choice exfoliator morning and night or everyday, by doing that you are going to damage your skin barrier. You should use it 2 to 3 times a week and only at night xx
Calm down, it’s a BHA, not a retinoid. It’s fine to use everyday, as long as your skin is okay with it. Even Paula herself states on her website that it can be used daily, even twice a day if preferred. It’s only a 2% salicylic acid and has no other active ingredient in it. As long she puts a moisturiser on after to keep the moisture in the skin, it’s all good.

It’s a chemical exfoliant, which when you use it you can’t really see the difference right away but it continues doing his things for hours. If you don’t protect your face with a high SPF during the day (because of the sun light) I promise you your skin is going to be damaged
