How to Entertain Safely During COVID with a Single Serving Charcuterie/Cheese Cone

  • It makes sense that this season might be a time to try something new when it comes to serving food safely and comfortably for your guests.
    In this video I show you what you need to make a charcuterie cone for one. You just need a few staple items that can be used over and over again plus your basic meat, cheese and accompaniments.
    Side note: the Unexpected cheddar was just a bit too crumbly to place on a skewer so I opted out of using it and added instead of an extra cheese, a second piece of salami

    How can you prep them a day prior?

    • @amazinggrazeboards
      @amazinggrazeboards  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! For sure wash any fruits and separate them per cone. Pull out all the items you’ll be using to build your cones. When it comes to meat and cheese that’s tough. Getting the olives and cornichones on the stick is easy to do the day before and stored in fridge in a container. Cheese dries out in the fridge if it’s not sealed properly or precut. Plus meat can do the same. I would say if you have everything else ready to go the meat and cheese should go faster.
