This is a bittersweet story given that EG is no longer an organization and their legacy is related to one of the league's brightest prodigies being burned out/unable to play/retiring from the sport. Still fundamentally interesting to hear their approach to team building.
Seems logical with today's technology that data analysis would get used to improve, especially in competitive video games, where most variables can be tracked quite easily.
