    i'm learner of mach 3 turn ,,
    watch your video in minute 8,53 after setting the tool to 0 with the manual screen, as you do to start the cycle for it to start turning.
    screen changes?

    The problem with the radius not being able to be larger then 4mm is not a problem. You were creating a radius from 18mm DIAMETER to 10mm DIAMETER. The difference is 8mm in DIAMETER i.e. 4mm radius.

    First time i watch this video ..but mach3 lathe wizards is not working. i put the all values then save settings and post code its not working..

    Half an inch is 12.7mm not 12.4mm.
    A surface speed of 50 for aluminium is very slow. The insert manufacturer will have recommended surface speeds.

      It really is in the same mach3; I have seen videos where the piece is rotated so that it can be seen in 3D.
      If you look at the cover of the mach3 lathe manual, you can also see how the part is located.
