I just bought one from Amazon & returned it next day.. I had contacted the seller & they were very helpful but couldn't do anything about the issues I had with it.. The app in Android doesn't work & others have complained about that, the time only shows in Nautical time and that's not to my liking and no matter what I did it still showed the prior day's date & day... Returned to Amazon..
Device works fine as long as you don’t try to pair it to your phone. I have a samsung s8 and the blue tooth on my phone recognizes the device but just won’t pair. Strange thing is when I downloaded the MorePro app it paired my watch to something but it wasn’t the Bluetooth on my phone. In addition once paired (to whatever?) all the functions were screwed up and most didn’t work. The only thing the more pro app was good for was phone call notification. All the other functions of the watch didn’t work properly. Really disappointed because the basic functions on the watch worked fine as long as the watch wasn’t paired to whatever the app was pairing it to. Possibly if it had paired to the Bluetooth on my phone everything would have maybe everything would have been fine, I’ll never know because I’m returning it because I sent a message to customer support a few hours ago and never got a response. Spent more than a few hours trying to get the damn thing to pair to my and work properly!
I want to keep the watch and give it a try but I can't get the thing to sync with the weather on my phone. I have an android. Do you know why this might be happening? I can't find information anywhere or if there is a specific app that works with it best.

Go to screen where you turn on app notifications switch on other apps it will go to a list of apps turn on the ones you want notifications from
