Would it be possible to configure the chase camera to make it look like NFS chase camera? when being rammed or drifting, the camera sways and tilts, the rest of the camera is static, but the fov is dynamic and depends on speed, it shakes if you're revving, doing burnout, or going offroad

This is awesome! Is this also compatible with Rockstar Editor e.g. will it capture the same cam movements and keep them in the editor when cam mode is set to 'Game'? That would be great for certain cinematic scenes.

Hey Rus, you know how to do animation stuff maybe? I'm always seeing people making pose packs and stuff like that.
I think what would pair really well with this is some new vehicle animations potentially. It's something I haven't seen yet which I hope to see at some point in the future. Animations to override the existing driving animations. Steering animations, for example, when played back are simply just turning left to right lock-to-lock. So maybe somebody could change all the animation types to have, for example, higher degrees of steering.
I thought it was cool that the standard car animation has 720 degree steering, but was mildly annoyed that other car types have less than that (sports cars, trucks, etc.). So someone could go in and modify steering animations to have animations of 720 degrees, or possibly even higher than that, like 900.
Or changing things like how for sports cars/low cars, your legs are hunched up and you're in a sort of fetal position so the legs clip through the dash and steering wheel. Overall, just doesn't look very good. So someone could go in to adjust that.
I don't know. This mod is great and really adds to the immersion, but the steering animations and the ped's seat posing in the driver's seat usually doesn't look good, and if it was possible to modify that, then that would make driving in first person feel even more great.
Thank you for the kind words! Last time I did animations was in 2009, but your idea is pretty inetersting, I'll think about it.
By the way, if you look look closely at 00:24 and at 0:44 you will notice that the steering wheel animations are not "just turning left to right lock-to-lock", because I force 3rd person wheel steering animations, which are much more realistic. I also use ikt's Manual Transmission Mod, there is an option to "Sync Steering Animation" which syncs your steering wheel, hands, and wheels of the vehicle. @@RusLanParty I know, I use that mod myself. But as you can see, past a certain point the animation stops lol, since that's as far as the steering animation goes. Hence why I brought this up. Just having more realism and overall consistency like that. For me it's always been the little things. The perfect world though would be per-vehicle poses where modded cars come bundled with their own specific animations (that way we don't have to mess with seat and steering wheel position/size to accommodate the animation), but that may never happen.
The hope I have is that someone could at least make a "template", have some kind of base driving animation with 900 degrees of steering or more and then people when making vehicles can somehow make a copy of and edit that animation so that the hands and legs are adjusted to fit the steering wheel and seat for their mod cars.

@yasuonoshimori1601 you need to install the animation disabler that comes with the mod. It will stop the player from leaning forward when braking in vehicles.
@@RusLanParty my files has issues, and i dont wanna ask my friend for it since i dont want him to get in trouble, but every time i put the file in the viewpointv crashes and also crashes my lspdfr
@yasuonoshimori1601 you don't have to put the Animation Disabler.oiv file anywhere. In case you don't have OpenIV yet, download it. Then launch the Animation Disabler.oiv and it will automatically put the needed files into the needed gta archives. If you still need help you can send me a message on Discord, if will be easier for us to chat there.
