  • Bella Hadid opened up about wishing she had been raised in her "Muslim culture." Ahead of her acting debut as a guest star on the Hulu series "Ramy," the 25-year-old model spoke to GQ about how she grapples with her own heritage. Bella's father is Palestinian, but when her parents got divorced she was moved to California with her mom and the family "extracted" her. Bella revealed that one of her bigger regrets is that she wasn’t raised around Muslim people and doesn't fully understand her roots.

She’s probably the only celebrity I know who talks about Palestine being free without caring about how all the agencies will react to her. We love you Bella. As a Muslim it’s never too late to learn. The religion teaches that itself. Its better to learn late than stay ignorant forever 💞💞

Bella is naturally a blonde. Or at least was when she was a kid. Her hair might've darkened some as she's gotten older. There’s so much confusion in this video. Not all Arabs are Muslims, and not all Muslims are Arabs. And I just feel like personally, religion isn’t something you should have to grow up with to feel in your heart. If it is right for you, you will feel it regardless of what you grew up with. As a Christian, I am blessed that I did grow up that way, but if that were not the case, and I were to encounter it later in life, I would love and embrace it the same way because that’s the whole point of actually believing in it

i feel like bella is one of those people that victimize themselves and villainize their parents instead of working through their trauma and everything that is holding them back. while i understand her sentiment, this feels like writing how she regrets having a nosejob at 14, and not saying she wasnt "allowed" to be raised in her fathers culture. those feel like digs against her mother without naming her. and while i believe yolanda to be toxic, she should either name her mother when criticizing her choices regarding surgery and religion and co parenting, or not allude to it. seems to me she has an axe to grind with mom.

You're preaching an ancient Roman pagan religion, which has nothing to do with Christ, and more to do with the Roman Empire.
Anyways, the name 'Jesus' has its roots, in the Hebrew name 'Yeshua'. And Yeshua is prophet Joshua. The name Yeshua was transliterated into Greek, then into Latin, then to Germanic, ending up with 'Jesus'. So you're calling on prophet Joshua in Germanic.
Christ spoke Aramaic, and his name was Aramaic, not Hebrew. And God is eternal, and doesn't die. And doesn't perform a Satanic human blood sacrifice in order to forgive sin. Satan is the one that requires blood sacrifices.
