There’s a Bug with Vamp cost increase and Incap, the easiest explanation is to be a Stage 3 Vamp and get to 120 Ulti and see that it won’t let you cast the Ulti until you get to like 127 ulti, Eternal Yokeda and Catalyst 2 will get you to exactly 120 ult and bug out, the long explanation is that when you get to 120 ulti the Incap should transform into the one that stuns but the game has to increase the cost of it because of the Vamp cost increase but it bugs out and won’t let you cast any version of the Ult
Yes if there’s a way to make Ravage health potions with Major Brutality (20% wpn dmg) which I’m pretty sure there is, but next patch jewelry damage enchants will grant both spell and weapon damage

Just to verify you are using the right set that grants ulti right? There are many similar named sets, also what system do you play on? So for the Easy combo you CANNOT be in combat before you pop your pot or else you will proc the set early, so be very careful when playing in a group because a group member can put you in combat

To kill weak players there is no need to create a build, they are already easily killed. Create something against the meth tanks that filled Cyrodiil.
I have one... simply put, you have 5 seconds to kill them after using onslaught... use whatever preferred sets to maximise weapon damage and crit
Try the arkasis set with the Cooldown traits for jewellry. Every 30 sec. You Gott 2 incaps

Empower passive doesn't apply to players anymore, it says heavy attacks against monsters
I know Equilibrium is only used to drop your health to proc Eternal Yokeda, not for Empower

Would you be able to use back to back toxic barrage or no with this build?
Toxic Barrage is very expensive, it is very much possible to double Toxic Barrage but you would have to give up so much damage to do it

I like precise better because what makes or breaks your gank is whether you crit your Incaps or not, so precise gives way better consistency
this is so fun to use until templar beam showed up ampf
Does balorgh double proc?
Yes it does, also Incap’s 20% damage done stacks so it does 40% more damage with 2x Incaps
