    Thank you so much for sharing this video! I followed your instructions, disassembled my dishwasher pump, and found a piece of glass just like you mentioned, and now it's working perfectly again. Much appreciated 😊

    Perfect video, you saved Christmas pal. Piece of broken glass was trapped in the pump, wouldn't drain, showed the i20 code. Found it when I opened up the pump. To anyone else, make sure you pay careful attention to pump positioning when you close it all up again so that it's properly sealed. I got that bit wrong initially and after a leak and an i10 error (water going into the machine and leaking straight back out again) I realised my mistake.

    You saved our dw from the scrap heap! Obligato!! How ridiculous of Electrolux that they don't offer the solution themselves... guess they want money for tiny repairs? In Denmark it means nobody fixes anything, just throwing it away is cheaper

    • @MarcuttiMarco
      @MarcuttiMarco  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Korrekte Antwort: It's unfortunate that Electrolux doesn't provide solutions for repairs, leaving customers in a bind. Indeed, in Denmark, the throwaway culture seems to prevail due to the cost of repairs.

    Thank you so much, toothpick hidden here 😊 fyi: make sure
    To tighten pump all around, I mistakenly only tightened 2/3 “sockets” and first run exploded with water as the pump flew
    Off 😂

    Thanks lots! I opened and found a part of the string that had been used to tie the detached basket and dusts tangled in it were blocking the tube.
    I removed them, but then the error i5F of pump displayed a fault showed and didn't work.
    However, five hours later in the evening, I tried it and it worked!
    Perhaps it needed some time to reset?
    Anyway, I'm glad it worked. I'm truly grateful!

      Thank you for your comment! I’m glad to hear you found the issue with the string and dust blocking the tube. It’s great that the washing machine started working again after a while! Sometimes, devices do need a bit of time to reset after a fault. If you have any other questions or need further help, feel free to ask!

    Hi, thanks a lot for sharing. Can you please help me with a question? I turned the 7000 GlassCare AEG dishwasher off while it showed i20 error.
    I cleaned the pump and drained the water manually just like you showed. Now it won't turn on again. Do you know what could be the reason?

    Hi There, a good video thank you! I could locate and check these two possible rasons. But they were not the cause at this time. Program reset and outlet hoses are checked as well. Symphton is, program stops in the middle, cleaning and reboot didn't help. Progran proceeds 1-2 mins each re-take, but repeats the e20. Originally there was 1-2 cm water in the bottom of the drain cup, like you had. But no new water is coming in with the reboot. what's next possible cause..?

    • @MarcuttiMarco

      Do you have a pnc number on the dishwasher starts with: 911??????

    • @MarcuttiMarco
      @MarcuttiMarco  ปีที่แล้ว

      The air trap on the left side is probably clogged, it would have to be cleaned, there is the cause

    I can’t detach the drain pump… it looks so easy in the video but I keep pushing really hard but it won’t come off… is there something holding it in place?

    • @MarcuttiMarco
      @MarcuttiMarco  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I understand your frustration! The drain pump can sometimes be stubborn. Here are a few tips:
      Look for Clips: Check if there are any clips or locks holding it in place.
      Twist Gently: Try twisting the pump while pulling; this can help break any seals.
      Clean the Area: Ensure there’s no debris around the pump.
      If you still can’t detach it, consider reaching out to a professional. Good luck!

    Heads up to everyone to clean deep inside the filter, particularly under the top part in all the grooves, even the slightest layer of gunk triggers an i20.

  • @HedlaBedla
    @HedlaBedla ปีที่แล้ว

    The problem can be also a blocked pipeline - the dishwasher itself is OK, but the pump pushes too hard through some blockage further in the pipeline. In this case, there is no i20 when draining the dishwasher into a bucket.

    • @MarcuttiMarco
      @MarcuttiMarco  ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly, that is correct. The i20 can have multiple meanigs.

    guys, i dont get how a broken glass, a needle or a toothpick can pass the metalic and plastic filter?

    • @MarcuttiMarco
      @MarcuttiMarco  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It seems the user is questioning how small or sharp objects like broken glass, needles, or toothpicks can bypass metallic or plastic filters. Here’s a possible English response:
      The reason objects like broken glass, needles, or toothpicks can sometimes bypass metallic or plastic filters depends on several factors:
      1. Filter Design: If the filter’s mesh size is larger than the objects in question, they can pass through. Filters are often designed for specific types of contaminants and may not account for irregular or sharp objects.
      2. Object Shape: Sharp or thin items like needles or small glass shards can sometimes slip through even small gaps in the filter material.
      3. Damage or Wear: Filters can develop tears or weaknesses over time, allowing such objects to bypass their intended barriers.
      4. Alignment with Flow: Objects might align themselves in a way that lets them pass through even if the filter should block them under normal circumstances.
      Understanding the limitations of a filter’s design is key to addressing such issues.

      @ what did in the end work: either of these two (I did both at the same time, hence I don’t know which one resolved the leaking i30 issue): turning the plastic grey ring super tight with the piece of wood, and cleaning the rubber ring of the door. I actually think it is the latter. Allot of dirt came under neath the rubber…
