The inside reminds me of a cottage i used to live in that was built in 1734. I had a view of the beach out the front and a view of Pevensey castle out the back. Seeing this made me miss it 😍

I’d bet it’s listed so can’t be knocked down but main house is not habitable. Those people probably live nearby in a new house.

around a 16th century farm house????
i think a "mock Tudor" rebuild i have renovated many Elizabethan,,,, farm manor houses,,,,,many things are wrong
with this house it seems it began life as a barn by its shape
living quarters for farm labours integrated with livestock,,,,

Most probably then, sounds like you have experience with these.
These old tudor builds can look barn like. And there are plenty round this way.
But still cool to explore.

Usually we'd piece it together from the belongings left behind, but unfortunately not a lot to go on. What bugs me is what was in the safe!? 🤔🤔

I wonder where the safe was originally? I never understand why people don't just show you around if they find you there. Selfish. It's natural curiosity. A historical farm like that and no one is allowed to look at it.
Wouldn't be right to open the safe. Not your property
this is not abandoned, only because it is empty don't mean it is abandoned.
Maybe tha astate agents turned up
Those barns are probably grade 1 listed and also the house
My grand father may of built that cottage he did like to build cottages

around,,,, Tudor time Henry 8th onwards before was a system
known as "wattle n daub",,,,, cant see any ,,also the plastering
is to straight an smooth for original,,,,, timber frame is to new in respect to 16th century,,,,,, maybe it was derelict and refurbished around 1950s60s,,,,,,, i find history of these old places so fascinating

It looks creepy! As it's too clean! It's strange 😬 ' it could be some sort of Training area for some Groups of people
Why are you breaking in these places ? Someone owns the property and this one in particular is being well looked after. And don't say you can't do some basic reasearch to establish who owns it.
"Break" in ? are you sure about that snowflake! The most they were doing is trespassing which is a civil matter in the UK.
I would give $20k US for that place.😊
Nothing is never abandoned. Someone is paying the taxes. So this is called breaking and entry.
