Great work and helpful from the U.K. The weights I used were 7kg on each dumbbell.
I know this may be a crazy request but if you could list the weight variations you use I find it so helpful.

Anyone knows how many kg are his dumbbells?
They are In lbs. 35 for the main workout and 25 for the burnout
my biceps and triceps are on fire after this workout and my arms are like jell-o
