After having a second go at making the flower your instructions was easy to follow plus if I got stuck in put on the captions and stopped the video. Thank you.
OK, I got it. Use the pause // and play > on the bottom left of your screen to watch each step of the cable cast on as she does it and have your needles and yarn and follow each step. Cable cast on is like cast on 1, K 1, then slip the knit st back onto the original needle. K1, slip the stitch back to the original needle, etc. until you have 5 stitches. Then do Slip, Knit and Pearl as you usually do (hers look backward, or left-handed, but just do your usual Slip, Knit or Pearl) The rest is easy to follow along with. I watched and wrote down the instructions for each row as in a normal pattern, and then followed along while reading my pattern.
thank you for explaining the cable cast on i am a knitter and have never used this method also looks confusing to watch as she seems to knit from the back??
Note that she is knitting her stitches through the back leg of the mounted stitch (KTBL) . Not knitting as ‘normal’ to the US, UK, AU and some other European countries. The Purling method is not different. You might try following the instructions but using ‘normal’ knitting & purling. Or use whatever is most comfortable, and ‘normal’ for you. There are many knitting methods. I haven’t knit this yet (see “update” below) so I am not sure if KTBL is necessary to the look of the petals. She uses the “Cable Cast On” method, where she knits her stitches in the ‘normal’ manner, after making the slip knit. She slips the first st of each row as if to Purl, and purls the last stitch. Note her “Korean Bind Off” (I haven’t heard this method called that) is K2TOG, slip st on right needle onto the left needle, and continue with K2TOG, in the same manner a cross the row, being sure to slip the right hand st to the left needle each time. With some repetition and time you will be able to listen and then write out the pattern. UPDATE: I knit the knit stitches as ‘normal’. I also replaced the increase in Row 3 which is a K,YO,K in one stitch (because it left a noticeable hole in the work) with: K,P,K in one st instead, it left no obvious hole in work. I was happy with the results. Don’t see any need to KTBL.

Okay so I'm an beginner at knitting and this is NOT EASY. I wish it would have shown how to cable cast on and all that other stuff because I was so lost
I will give this a try by knitting through the front loop instead of the back of the stitch. Should come out the same as yours. If not, I'll be back! ;-)
I'm just wondering if you are left handed... because as I watch something just looks different to me, as I am right handed and I know how to knit. Just curious.
To make this knit flower you need yarn: 50% Merino, 50% Acrylic, 280 meters/100 grams, weight - DK/8 ply(11wpi). Knitting needles 4 mm, Crochet hook 4mm and a tapestry needle for finishing. Thanks for watching!!!
Such an irritating voice , very hard to concentrate and listen to that drone sounding voice . I found her method of casting off really complicated , I have used easier methods in the past. Peggy Wood
Pretty ❤ I've never seen someone cast on this way
Thank you for sharing, I have learnt and modefied to suit my partern 🙏🏾❤
Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for sharing your talent :)
I've been knitting for years and I can't figure out what she is doing. Too bad, because I really like the flower.
I was wondering if she is left handed, as I have never seen this way of knitting before.
You are amazing. Thanks for showing me.
Thank you for watching!!!
Thanks for this. It's perfect.

cutículas
This may ne a silly question but Im still a beginner and am wondering is there an easier pattern??
I like pattern information to print of
to fast I'm still a beginner. you should do it slowly so I will understand
how tf did u pearl lol
I don't understand after adding a single stitch how she ends up with 7 stitches instead of 6 on her needles.
You should end the row as you finish in the previous row. Thanks for watching!
Is there a written pattern for this?
watching this makes my fingers ache
I don't knit like that. How about a written pattern?
"H" stitch? "A" stitch? "8" stitch? I'm not sure what I'm hearing or what it means.
We have automatically subtitles.
can I print this
Doreen Mcmann free knitting paterns
No no this is for a beginner so hard to follow, I gave up.
Yes so did I Far too hard for starters such as us. Peggy Wood
Why are you saying knit and your knitting into the back of the stitch?
as I saw knit into back or back leg of stitch.
WTF How do you do this O.o
mst
very hard
I'm only 8
This is just way to fast and confusing
for beginners
Way to fast for people to do.
This vid sucks too fast
