3 weeks ago something weird happened, an wiki admin called Tony Ballitoni blocked me because they say my account "is only been used for vandalism" but I often revert vandalism." Then another user called Sro23 unblocked and say "mistaken block" then now I have a pending RfA

Yeah, fairly recent change. Means the same thing though. Personally prefer 'Save changes'.

Is it possible to Pipe with the Visual Editor? I can't seem too.

Using 'pipe' to add a label you mean? You can add labels to image captions, internal links and external links with Visual Editor. Or you can just switch to the old Source Editor to use the | in markup. Visual Editor user guide is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VisualEditor/User_guide

No, what I mean, is kinda, where you can make a word link to another article even if that word isn't the article. The code to do it is [[Example page|Example]], "Example" would link to "Example Page".
