I fucking hate Ksante. Everytime I run into someone playing him they always say "I dont even play this champ that much he's so weak lol" Then they dash 4 times and tank all my damage and assassinate me and don't get CC'd

It's because his abilities scale off of armor and magic resist. Even though he doesn't have much AD his mark deals quite a bit of damage and then his R gives you a bunch of AD, Speed, and cdr on his abilities so he can deal lots of consistent damage without sacrificing tankiness. Plus lots of on demand slow/knock up on his q. With a shield and knock back on top of that.
