PS: Whey protein can make you break out REALLY badly. I have horrible cystic acne if I consume whey protein. Buyer beware, if you get whey protein and start breaking out really badly it could be that.
You should try intermittent fasting. I always skip breakfast, I just drink water when I wake up. I do 16:8 fasts and sometimes 20:4 fasts. The great thing about this is that there's no schedule for eating, you eat whenever you want in those time frames, so it's just less worrying about when you have to eat, etc. I do 1-3 days fasts every so often, as well. I feel really good doing them. I do get hungry, but that hunger goes away after awhile. I've done keto for a little over a month. First week sucked, but after that I had tons of energy and I slept like baby every night. Keto isn't for everyone, but you can try fasting, anyone can do that.

Vitamin C is great for your AM routine when the sun is out. Please wear it when the sun is out and always with sunscreen. The two work well together

I don't think that protein powder is 100% hormone free. Animals produce hormones naturally. Not preachig, just do your research. :)
