My workaround with losing time I'll never regain is to _only_ work at jobs where I'm allowed to listen to my headphones (or bump on the public sound system) all day long if I so wish, which means any job where I don't have to be micromanaged, nor possibly endanger anyone. It's truly the best hack yet I've found at enjoying life _even with_ a menial job. Of course, it goes without saying that I do grok music. Which basically means I have excellent taste in it, no matter the genre, which also means I can go through a month (thank you internet!) without having to listen to the same song twice, so nothing ever feels or gets repetitive. So I don't know if this hack would work for people who are stuck in the past in regards to their music tastes.

Mental toughness or earning back time aren't habits but improving on these will certainly improve your life. Now you should make a video on what "habits" could improve these 5 points.

So it’s better we accept someone professional to make good management of it for proper growth.

Building wealth is in your mindset, work on that and your financial potentials becomes exponential, develop good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for investments .The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn.. I made my first million from trading stocks with the help of my investment advisor..it's been a year of steady growth..
