    My brother died from transfusion reactions. Cause of death was DIC. Sometimes I get so angry knowing that if the transfusion happened in more developed world he will still be alive today. But Allah knows best .

    H Antigen is formed by addition of fucos with oligosaccrides so what u r teaching is totally different sir rply plz clear my confusion am i write or not

    if antigens are also present in salaiva n other secretion,,, then we can find our blood through the samples of salaiva???

      Kamran Javed blood are very large cells. Secretions have a different mechanism. Please read up on how the saliva is formed to understand more.

    R/Sir! when we transfuse Rh negative blood to Rh positive how they compate itself with Rh +ve blood.Are they show any side reaction OR not? Sir! please give me detail about..........I am waiting for your's reply patiently......!!!
    In normal condition : Rh +ve & Rh-ve.....given to Rh +ve while Rh-ve given to must Rh-ve in this case when we give Rh-ve to Rh+ve how they compate ....?

    I have blood group B+ my wife group o+ , my first chield boy these are blood group B+ but my second chield girl these are blood group o+ so my question is how can it's possible that girl blood group is o+ while o group is weak.

      Because O blood group can be also written as "ii" and B blood group is expressed in body as "iB".. Now if you do a mendelian cross there are 2 blood groups that will be produced are O and B blood group..
