Like I said, I am sure a very good chunk of it is just for the right to say "I own this world's only Rolls Royce blah, blah." People don't seem to understand that a person with a net worth of $50 million isn't spending nearly $13 million on a single car. The guy who commissioned this car is a billionaire, or damn close to it. He can literally afford as many of the world's most expensive cars as he wants.

I don't think it looks bad, the front and rear just look out of place. The front and rear are both pretty futuristic looking while the sides are still standard Rolls Royce, which is has that modern-retro aesthetic, they should have done something with the wheels or changed the sides as well.
