I think fear is something that we will experience throughout our lives as mentioned so embracing fear in one hand and moving forward with the other hand is how we don't allow it to dominate our choices. Just acknowledge fear but keep moving!

I figure this out myself along the way about us having a vibratory energy frequency. I am able to sense it in other people and in animals. And I can also sense this in animals particularly dogs and cats. They have vibratory frequency too. It is our Soul signature!
My superpower gift is the ability to tell when people are honest and have integrity. In other words, I can tell when people are lying, and are liars! it is a difficult and heavily weighted gift to have because it exposes the Darkside of people I love sometimes.

Why pray for peace when the world is a huge slaughterhouse. So many people talk about prayer and claim to be loving ,compassionate while they sit at the table to eat the most vulnerable in the world. 💔🐓🐖🐄🐏🦃🐇 How can anyone claim to be spiritual person while allowing animals to be turned into food products..? You need to promote more veganism on your show . We are animals too.
Oprah needs to talk to Dr.Joe Dispenza. He would teach her how. Everybody else have just theories not solutions. But somehow I’m glad that Dr.Joe is not on Oprah.
I don't think it's a HOW TO Issue primarily. Grace is ever present- as he says slow down & watch the grace do its thing. It's not about what I have to to do to get there- no logical & rational. It's of the Mystical level of Grace.
Simplistic ideas. He got everything he said here from Harry Potter. It just makes me realize how desperate for truth and meaning we humans are that we listen to this man -child tell us how to view our wonderful lives by what he “learned “ from a series of children books.
