Those are a 3d printed mounting bracket and Jeep JK mirrors . There is a vendor with a store on eBay that prints the bases and has in stock. The mirrors you can order from Quadra tec.

Cheated on the tail caps. The seam is filled in and not original. But who's looking at that kind of detail these days...
its not original by no means. The previous owner had actually welded in the seams on caps.
