Great content. Just love the message given. I've been saying it for the longest time that English is just a language and no language is above your charecter.
Apparently, it's the opposite in most of the places in South India, especially in Bangalore. Most of the teams conduct their scrum and internal meetings in Hindi which hardly any non-hindi speaker understands. Come on, please respect every language, and stop enforcing Hindi on everyone.
You live life, don't try to understand it. Walk with the times, don't try to get stuck in it. Stop the war going on in your mind, don't try to fight with yourself.
The video is good and the moral is worth 👏 But in corporate life, most of conversations happen in English only, except when we are speaking to our own colleagues who are of our level and that too in a personal front. In my job also, we speak to our managers and even are meetings are in English, but when we colleagues speak to each other, it is either in Hindi and Kannada. But this doesn't mean that we must disrespect people who don't know English. We must converse with them in their comfortable language and also help them in their English communication for their own improvement.
True, it does not work in corporate with many local languages. It does not mean we are disrespecting our mother tongue. We need to help the resources to learn english but now a days some are not willing to learn english and upgrade themselves :(
Thank you guys. Yes I do agree that people must start learning new things and also upgrade themselves instead of being in their comfort zone. And this applies even to people who know English. And yes with regard to mindset of people who feel they are superior because they know English, actually end up losing everytime because of their overconfidence. English is a language and not knowledge should be understood by people.
You see that’s the thing. In Europe, the basic necessity for a job is European native language. They prefer candidates who can speak their language. But in India, English is a pre requisite
Look, I too am in favour of learning the English Language, and am a strong believer of the theory that knowing how to speak in the language reflects a lot on the workplace and company's reputation. However, I would never endorse the idea of belittling someone on the basis of that EXCUSE. If she really cared so much, she would have helped him learn the language by asking him to speak to her regularly and offer to correct him gently whenever he made mistakes. (Something that I usually do................. with the people I work) This is important because not everyone is fortunate enough to learn everything while in school. Plus, we don't know what options they had to choose from, so we are under no liberties to judge their decisions either. She didn't want him to learn, but rather wanted to use him as a tool to massage her ego, and look where it ended up getting her, and the company she worked for. 😂 The sad part of stupid acts like this, is that people who have nothing to with these situations, end up getting penalised just because they have associations with people like herself.
Why exactly employees knowing English increase reputation ? Have you heard of this occurance in Japan ? Or Germany ? Or France? No . Those countries understand that English is just a language . It doesn't certify anyones intellect or Integrity. By the way this thinking is exactly what Colonised mind is . Which thinks culture of its master is superior.
@@bapparawal2457 Actually, there is research to show that the more languages one learns, the more enhanced their lateral thinking capabilities are. Now, take my own example, I know English, French, Kannada and Hindi in their Purest possible forms. Plus, I know conversational German, and am being trained in Spanish as well. It has enhanced my logical thinking capabilities, greatly.
Bro it's true we guys humilitates us if we don't don't speak in english. They think English is the only foundation for communication skill but it's wrong i faced this kind of problems from my own friends. They think they are special than others when they're speaking in english. We should respect our mother tongue first. Thanks for making this video. I wish this video will bring a change in everyones mind
We have much pride to talk in our mother language मराठी, People from north India force to talk in Hindi and they think it's professional..so it seems how English is replacing Hindi the way Hindi is also replacing all regional languages.....
Chutiye log har jagah hote hai mere bhai.. ( idiots are everywhere) On the same note seen some telugu/tamil guys who thinks they are superior and others are inferior Moral - stay away from idiots
Well said nijo. Really I love ur works. This video should present to those who discriminate our indian languaes. Especially for Tamil guys. They show very hatred on hindi, telugu, other regional languages. Because I saw an attack on hindi speaking guys in Tamil nadu.
I don't know why some people from our country are ashamed of speaking Hindi!! Hindi was my favourite subject in school days, I love Hindi so much but cannot speak fluently, but it's one of the most beautiful language to me. But again there some people make fun of us for not could able to speak it fluently... Different people, different mindset.
Although this video has shown an extreme case, and my stand is to respect all languages equally. I honestly believe that since most of the customers in IT field are non Indians it is important to have at least basic English knowledge for all developers. Let us not forget that unlike other professions, in IT, developers, who work on ground level, have to talk to customers directly.
Bhai mere Baat personal communication ki hai.Proffesional ki nai. Mera Bhai IITian hai..working in IBM as a strategic programmer.Personally unke saare colleagues Hindi me hi baat karte hain,Naa ki English fake USA accent me.
First Hindi is not a national language it is one of the official language , and India doesn't have any specific national language Yes I accept this that corporate companies a specially IT sector prefer to communicate in English rather than Hindi or any other regional language even though the client is Hindi speaking or any other regional language
As Most of the corporate companies deals with international market for the sake of communication corporate companies prefer to speak in English , it is easy to communicate with other state people who don't know Hindi or particular regional language as our educational system is in English
And I also support this video because we should respect the other languages , we should not disrespect the people if they don't know English or prefer to communicate in their own language , employee should be given freedom to speak in his mother tongue if is comfort with it . English can be easily learn during the time of work And this corporate people should keep this in their mind that English is a just language of communication not the mother tongue in they should not disrespect the mother tongue , and should give freedom to the employees to speak in their mothertongue
I don't know why you north Indians think of hindi as our national languages. That's why south India is much more literate than north India because south Indians are literate enough to understand that our country has 22 official languages unlike you northies who think hindi is our national language
Bhai We South Indians learnt at least . How to reply in hindi language but did you learnt one single word from the South Indian language? Question it yourself once.
satisfying ending! Good message and excellent acting! The humble and vindicated man, and the woman who plays the "arrogant" lady very well done. You can tell they all experienced this type of toxic leadership...you knowing her acting good because everyone hates her in comments! 😂

True, it does not work in corporate with many local languages. It does not mean we are disrespecting our mother tongue. We need to help the resources to learn english but now a days some are not willing to learn english and upgrade themselves :(
But, people exists who thinks 'English is the knowledge'
Thank you guys. Yes I do agree that people must start learning new things and also upgrade themselves instead of being in their comfort zone. And this applies even to people who know English. And yes with regard to mindset of people who feel they are superior because they know English, actually end up losing everytime because of their overconfidence. English is a language and not knowledge should be understood by people.
You see that’s the thing. In Europe, the basic necessity for a job is European native language. They prefer candidates who can speak their language. But in India, English is a pre requisite
Totally 💯 Agree
We SHOULD RESPECT ALL Languages ❤
बहुत ही अच्छा लगा। औपनिवेशिक मानसिकता ७६ सालों के बाद शायद कुछ कम होना शुरू हो जाये ऐसे वीडियो देखकर।
Dil jeet liya bhai❤
Look, I too am in favour of learning the English Language, and am a strong believer of the theory that knowing how to speak in the language reflects a lot on the workplace and company's reputation. However, I would never endorse the idea of belittling someone on the basis of that EXCUSE.
If she really cared so much, she would have helped him learn the language by asking him to speak to her regularly and offer to correct him gently whenever he made mistakes. (Something that I usually do................. with the people I work)
This is important because not everyone is fortunate enough to learn everything while in school. Plus, we don't know what options they had to choose from, so we are under no liberties to judge their decisions either. She didn't want him to learn, but rather wanted to use him as a tool to massage her ego, and look where it ended up getting her, and the company she worked for. 😂
The sad part of stupid acts like this, is that people who have nothing to with these situations, end up getting penalised just because they have associations with people like herself.

Actually, there is research to show that the more languages one learns, the more enhanced their lateral thinking capabilities are.
Now, take my own example, I know English, French, Kannada and Hindi in their Purest possible forms. Plus, I know conversational German, and am being trained in Spanish as well.
It has enhanced my logical thinking capabilities, greatly.
Literally my Situation, But Lekin Mujhe Ghanta Fark Nhi Padta Log Ju Soche. Hindi Language hi Asli Phechan hai 😊
मुझे गर्व है हिन्दी भाषा पर
Thank you....nice message. Everyone should respect their languages, culture and mainly our mother tongue

Guys hame ese viral karna chahiye taki ye bade bade companies ke manger tak pahuch jaye really a good 👍👍 content
I’ll tell you something, Hindi speaking folks under estimate Telugu speaking folks. I’ve seen this a lot of times
Chutiye log har jagah hote hai mere bhai.. ( idiots are everywhere)
On the same note seen some telugu/tamil guys who thinks they are superior and others are inferior
Moral - stay away from idiots
But I have seen a lot of Telugu speaking people underestimating Hindi speakers... I have seen a lot..
They underestimate everyone 🤣! This video guy should make videos on that too, but he won't!!
Hindi speaking people expect every other person to speak Hindi while they themselves don't learn any other language. A video on that subject, please
@@srinathnk3318 Yes it is a fact and they are more arrangont
Well said nijo. Really I love ur works. This video should present to those who discriminate our indian languaes. Especially for Tamil guys. They show very hatred on hindi, telugu, other regional languages. Because I saw an attack on hindi speaking guys in Tamil nadu.
Absolutely perfect 🙏👍👍 Indian really forgot that national language is Hindi 👍
Bro, all Indian languages included in eighth schedule are national languages and all deserve equal respect.
One should respect every language
I respect my mother language 🙏
Attempt is good but reality is bitter... Excellent English is mandetory
Aisi Ma'am mujhe milti... toh main Hindi/English/French/Spanish/ URDU sab seekh jaata ❤❤❤❤
I never obeyed to speak in English in my whole school or college life lol and I love that part 😆😆
Same pinch bro. I'm proud of my language Odia
Good message. Always respect your mother language
Respect and proud to be indian
Good video bro aase jagrukta honi chahiye
Great video.
Similarly most of the north Indians make fun of South Indians who can not speak Hindi properly. I think this video teaches them a lesson.
Lmao, keep crying. This isn't about South india
Yes bro.
Respect hai yeh type ke content keliye....🙏
If a person doesn't know English, it means he knows some other language but I don't know why people consider it as a status symbol 🤬🤬🤬
True we should respect others and our language too❤
Good concept.
Good message
Respect your language
Imagine a company in America is telling you to talk in Hindi instead of English 😂
Well said...what it matters is how we communicate not the language matters ...have a great day ❤❤❤❤
Respect our culture and language
I hope seniors and corporate world will understand this….
Not really, This is pretty much how Indian women behaves when put at the helm..
Aisi video bnane k liye thanks sir... Because hm Indian h
Good Video. I don't know why corporate people hate communicating in Hindi, it's our national language.
First Hindi is not a national language it is one of the official language , and India doesn't have any specific national language
Yes I accept this that corporate companies a specially IT sector prefer to communicate in English rather than Hindi
or any other regional language even though the client is Hindi speaking or
any other regional language
As Most of the corporate companies deals with international market for the sake of communication corporate companies prefer to speak in English , it is easy to communicate with other state people who don't know Hindi or particular regional language as our educational system is in English
And I also support this video because we should respect the other languages , we should not disrespect the people if they don't know English or prefer to communicate in their own language , employee should be given freedom to speak in his mother tongue if is comfort with it . English can be easily learn during the time of work
And this corporate people should keep this in their mind that English is a just language of communication not the mother tongue in they should not disrespect the mother tongue , and should give freedom to the employees to speak in their mothertongue
I don't know why you north Indians think of hindi as our national languages. That's why south India is much more literate than north India because south Indians are literate enough to understand that our country has 22 official languages unlike you northies who think hindi is our national language
So nice of you
Good thinking makes a person good luck

हिन्दी हमारे देश की राष्ट्र भाषा होनी चाहिए।
Only for North India 😂
Right but the same thing South Indians say that means , learn our language what you will do...
That girl was given a tight slap left and right. Great Ending..
