Steam cleaning helps works on seats and dash, and door panels. If you end up flipping more cars it might help. Just my opinion. Overall a very good video.

On the off chance you still have this car. I'm going to make a wild guess and say you still have a leak in the passenger compartment somewhere. Under the wiper cowl vents on each side is a rubber drain that gets clogged with leaf debris and fills up with water and the water comes in through the cabin air filter. I recently got a killer deal on an 05 stang and it had the same issue. Easy to fix though. Take off cowl vents and clean out then clean out the rubber drain channels.

I paid 950$ at the yunk yard
