Dr.dre started as a producer /rapper in L.A. with a legendary group (late 80's) you might of heard of N.W.A. Also in the group was Ice Cube and Eazy E . After a group breakup he signed to Death Row with Suge Knight ( early 90's) who signed Snoop Dogg , 2 Pac , Dogg Pound , Nate Dogg Ect. Do to the violence and gang activity around the label he left and started his own label Aftermath in which he signed Eminem and never looked back. You must react to 'The Chronic Album' classic !!!
Dr Dre is considered one of the best producers of all time. He’s an artist, businessman and mogul. Inventor of Beats headphones. Checkout the movie “Straight Outta Compton”.
This is 'Nuthing bug a G Thang' part 2. or Part 2000.... Snoop became big under Dr Dre and he introduce him to the world, on 91. Did the soundtrack for a movie called Deep Cover by the same name. He then did Nuthin But a G Thang and blew up together with Snoop on his debut album The Chronic, then Snoop debuted with Doggy Style. All this in 92, and by 2000 they did a reunion song which is the one you reacted to. So you should def try to check the previous one.
You gotta watch the NWA movie to get sort of a look on Dr Dre. Dre started off in a freestyle(think breakdancing music) group named The World Class Wrecking Crew in the 80’s, later on he became a gangster rapper/producer with the group NWA which became the godfathers of LA/California rap. He ended up having beef with one of the main rappers of the group(Eazy E) and left to join Deathrow Records with Snoop Dogg and a whole bunch of other artist(Tupac included) he released The Chronic(one of the most influential rap albums of all time) in 1992 I believe it was, but other than that he would either only produce or feature on songs. I think around 1996 he left Deathrow records and started Aftermath Records which would later sign Eminem and a couple other well known artist. When he dropped the 2001 album in 1999 it was a huge deal and basically put the spot light back on LA. LA Around this time was very fun and this song and album was basically our soundtrack lol. Imagine being 18 years old in 1999 when this dropped living in a black/brown area having experienced the whole NWA/Deathrow Records era as children but now seeing this and growing up with not only the great movies that came out in the early 90’s but also the ones that came out later like Training Day, Baby Boy, Rush Hour , Friday lol the vibe in LA around that time was unmatched
This was Dre's big comeback after not releasing a solo album for over seven years. Dr. Dre is more known as a legendary producer but he's not a bad rapper at all
To simplify, Dre is directly responsible for game changing hip hop acts… NWA(spawned Ice cube and eazy) Snoop and everything Death Row, Eminem, 50 cent. Every one of those debut albums literally marks a shift in the culture and music industry
Dr. Dre started with the World Class Wreckin' Crew in the early 80's. He was then a founding member of N.W.A. He and Ice Cube were the driving force behind N.W.A. musically. He was then the driving force behind Death Row Records. After then, he started Aftermath Records. He also helped start a music and fine arts program at USC. AND ...don't forget Beats headphones....the man has done quite a bit.
I remember getting that chronic 01 album. We would just ride around all night, letting it play. Every track was 😵. There is nothing better as a teenager than riding with your friends getting blazed. With great music, nas, pac, big, LL, bone thugz, dmx, em, and i cant forget that i played that doggystyle cd to death.
Dre is a LEGEND in Rap/Hip Hop. He's been around since the mid-late 80s. In '96 he started Aftermath Records. Before that he was part of NWA with Ice Cube then in '91-'92 He Co Founded Death Row Records. This song is Classic and the beat is often regarded one of the best Hip Hop beats. You should Absolutely check out Nuthin' But A G Thang, The Watcher, Dre Day, Little Ghetto Boy, Natural Born Killers and The next Episode. Also Eve - Let Me Blow Your Mind w/ Gwen Stefani which the beat is produced by Dre.
He started in one of, if not the biggest rap group of all time - NWA, who started off gangset rap era. He then had a massive album - The Chronic in 1992. Then had a big come back in 2001
LEGENDARY..responsible for A LOT, but non music related, he also started the "Beats" headphone craze and sold it for a billion dollars or something along those lines
After Dr Dre left NWA he went to Death Row records with Suge Knight. Dre put Death Row on the map with The Chronic. He brought in Snoop Dogg, Tupac, Eminem, 50 cent, Exhibit, Kendrick Lamar, and the list goes on in his illustrious career. He's been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame asking with the other members of NWA for their groundbreaking music. NWA has always been one of the biggest influences for hip hop. If you want the story of his beginning watch Straight Outta Compton it's the biopic on NWA
Dre is famous for making the greatest rap tracks in history. Listen to Xzibit- X he was another artist sign to Dre in that era. Hella catchy. Produced by Dr. ft. Snoop.
you can not write the history of Hip Hop/Rap without Dr. Dre. He is quite literally the tapestry of the genre. Chronic was his last full rap album before this album came out that this song is on. he has either rapped or produced id say more than 60% of Hip Hops anthems in the last 40 yrs.
As far as rapping is concerned, Dre is mid to low level ... but he's a legendary producer and influential force in the rap game. He also has a great eye for talent. His beats are unique and instantly recognizable. He mixes hip hop with funk samples to create a sound that is synonymous with West Coast hip hop. The sound is generally referred to as G-FUnk. If Dre produces for you, your song is almost guaranteed to be catchy, and there's a very strong chance it will be a commercial hit. One of my favorite Tupac songs, "Can't C me" was produced by Dre.
P Diddy is a pale imitation of Dre. Dre has that magic touch. Legit Billionaire off talent and an eye for talent. He made so many unique beats that it's crazy. One artist isn't supposed to be able to come up with or uncover that many amazing hooks! He's worked with a bunch of big artists, and for a long time he was a guaranteed hit record producer. Dre is legit - check out some of the old NWA stuff, and "Nuthin' but a G Thang" from the Chronic.
*#DrDre* started in the 80's *World Class Wrekin Cru (Turn Off The Lights)* mentioned @7:00 Then got his friend *Eazy E* to start a Record company *Ruthless Records* & was part of the *NWA (Fuck tha Police)* group. Clashed with *Eazy & Jerry Heller* over royalties, & left but was still under Contract as a Producer so when he started *Death Row Records* with *Suge Kight* but *Eazy* was still getting Royalties from songs he produced including Disses against *Eazy* then left *Death Row* when things were getting Crazy signing over all his masters. Started his own Label *Aftermath* which wasn't really taking off until he signed this white boy maybe you heard of *Eminem (Forgot about Dre)* became the first Rap Billionaire [until his divorce] the rest is history...
Dr. Dre was a rapper -producer. He's from the West Coast Hip-hop scene. His record labels were Death Row, Epic, among others. And yes, he's also an actor, and entrepreneur .
Another great reaction sexy Mia. ❤ Dre is an absolute legend out here on the Westcoast! He has a huge catalog since he was an original member of NWA and a high-powered producer. Please react to "Nuthin But a G Thang." 🔥🔥🔥
Dre worked with Tupac and Snoop on death row records. He was instrumental in helping establish NWA., With Eazy-E and ice cube, among others. He’s the one that found Eminem. And Eminem in term found 50 Cent
dr dre may not have a lot of music but what he does have its the best his like daVinci everyone knows the mona lisa he has other work but the little work they have r masterpieces
Dre is known for being a great producer. Whenever he does raps his lyrics are usually written by other rappers (Snoop, Eminem, Ice Cube, etc) but he's known for his production first and foremost. The Dre songs you should react to are: The Watcher (written by Eminem, one of the most slept on Dre songs, but details his career and life, get a video with lyrics shown since there's no official music video. Next Episode (Another Iconic Dre hit for the sound/video). Huge hit songs where he did an amazing production for other artists: Let Me Blow Ya Mind (Eve with Gwen Stefani) Family Affair (Mary J Blige) In Da Club (50 Cent).
You should react to "Nothing but a G thang" (uncensored version) with both Dre and Snoop for his previous album in the early 90s, it's probably his best song. Dre also produced Snoop's debut which featured "Gin and Juice". Both that debut album and Dre's first "The Chronic" were recorded and released around the same time and are fantastic. A few years later in the late 90s he did basically the same with Eminem, producing his songs and making him famous while at the same time he released his second "The Chronic" album with this "Still Dre" and a few other hits.
the most important man in hip hop history, introduced the world to so many greats, consistently changed the game and is the greatest hip hop producer ever while making some classic albums himself alongside producing classic albums for other artists. NWA, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J Blige all in some way shape or form stem from Dre. A true pioneer.
Didn't read the comments but he was part of the group NWA when gangsta rap was kicking off in the late 80's-90's. Then several members like Ice Cube left and went solo. Dre eventually went to the producer side.
to add on top of what others have said about Dre, he has influenced hip hop in such a way that if you removed Dre from hip hop it would completely shift and affect so many artists and music that you know. He's part of the history of hip hop and has had a profound impact on the culture. He's before your time, so understandable that you're not away, but it's interesting if you go down that rabbit hole. Look up NWA and you'll see Dre, and others of course like Ice Cube.
Dre was part of the legendary group NWA with Eazy E and Ice Cube. Dre and Eazy E discovered my favorite rappers ever. Dre discovered Eminem and Eazy E discovered Bone Thugs.
Dre is a producer. When youre running companies and producing, there is no time to rap or be in music videos. His "coming back" is returning to the microphone 🎤 reminding EVERYONE, he's still Dre.

Dr Dre is considered one of the best producers of all time. He’s an artist, businessman and mogul. Inventor of Beats headphones. Checkout the movie “Straight Outta Compton”.
Dre created the beats for NWA, then went with death row records, signed snoop and pac and eminem. That's why he's so large
Awesome reaction babe❤
This is 'Nuthing bug a G Thang' part 2. or Part 2000.... Snoop became big under Dr Dre and he introduce him to the world, on 91. Did the soundtrack for a movie called Deep Cover by the same name. He then did Nuthin But a G Thang and blew up together with Snoop on his debut album The Chronic, then Snoop debuted with Doggy Style. All this in 92, and by 2000 they did a reunion song which is the one you reacted to. So you should def try to check the previous one.
Dr Dre is an actor, producer, rapper, music exec and a tech exec at Apple/Beats
and disco dancer uff
Dr dre for hiphop is the maaaaaaan i suggest to watch his life movie you see how much he gave for hiphop culture
Imagine being 18 years old in 1999 when this dropped living in a black/brown area having experienced the whole NWA/Deathrow Records era as children but now seeing this and growing up with not only the great movies that came out in the early 90’s but also the ones that came out later like Training Day, Baby Boy, Rush Hour
, Friday lol the vibe in LA around that time was unmatched
Damnnn you’re hearing so many songs I’ve known basically since birth 😂😂
California Love is definitely worth reacting too Mia. 💯
Thumbs up to everyone's comment. And the word you were looking for is "Label". He had his own label called Aftermath.
How ironic and timmin especially since the fires in LA
Cool reaction 🔥
Yes he had his own record label. It was called Aftermath.
He also did all his production/ making all his beats, for him and other rappers.
Dre is more of a producer then a rapper but he’s still one of the greatest for sure.
Jay-Z wrote this entire song, Dre + Snoop's lyrics too = Dr. Dre + Snoop's biggest hit-record to date
great song back in the days
Thank you mia for another amazing reaction ur smile atbyhe beginning always makes me smile ur so pretty aswell thank you 😊
Fun Fact: Jay Z wrote Dr Dre's verse and Snoop's parts as well.
another fun fact, Dr Dre got other guys writing stuff for jim. Boss move.
Wtf, I was told it was eminem.
@@MyOpinionishthis song on particular it was Jay, Snoop tells how Jay wrote both of their verses
@@Money132215 ima take your word for it. But I know eminem wrote one of his top 5 songs. It sounded liked a black rapper from Compton.
@MyOpinionish Nope
NWA . That's the history of Dr. Dre.
If you want the story of his beginning watch Straight Outta Compton it's the biopic on NWA
у девушки прекрасный образ и причёска ) , и этот легендарный клип звучит всегда хорошо, спасибо за видео)
I love this song! Legendary, Dre and Snoop love the video Mia stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way aftermath is Dr. Dre's label
Dre is famous for making the greatest rap tracks in history.
Listen to Xzibit- X he was another artist sign to Dre in that era. Hella catchy. Produced by Dr. ft. Snoop.
He was from NWA early hip hop pioneers, for me Dr Dre is locked in the basement Still MIA 🎉❤
Dr. Dre - Keep Their Heads Ringing
This song was in the movie training day
you can not write the history of Hip Hop/Rap without Dr. Dre. He is quite literally the tapestry of the genre. Chronic was his last full rap album before this album came out that this song is on. he has either rapped or produced id say more than 60% of Hip Hops anthems in the last 40 yrs.
Founding member of nwa ! One of the sickest lyricist ever
😂 Lyricist??? He doesn't even write his own lyrics. Now if you're talking about music producer then he's definitely one of the best.
He co founded ruthless records ,death row records and now after math records he’s a rapper and producer
*#DrDre* started in the 80's *World Class Wrekin Cru (Turn Off The Lights)* mentioned @7:00
Then got his friend *Eazy E* to start a Record company *Ruthless Records* & was part of the *NWA (Fuck tha Police)* group.
And a year or so ago, Eminem forgot he was in the video. He was on drugs back then.
dr dre may not have a lot of music but what he does have its the best his like daVinci everyone knows the mona lisa he has other work but the little work they have r masterpieces
Dre is known for being a great producer. Whenever he does raps his lyrics are usually written by other rappers (Snoop, Eminem, Ice Cube, etc) but he's known for his production first and foremost. The Dre songs you should react to are:
The Watcher (written by Eminem, one of the most slept on Dre songs, but details his career and life, get a video with lyrics shown since there's no official music video.
Next Episode (Another Iconic Dre hit for the sound/video).
Huge hit songs where he did an amazing production for other artists:
Let Me Blow Ya Mind (Eve with Gwen Stefani)
Family Affair (Mary J Blige)
In Da Club (50 Cent).
React to his superbowl with Eminem and snoop
the most important man in hip hop history, introduced the world to so many greats, consistently changed the game and is the greatest hip hop producer ever while making some classic albums himself alongside producing classic albums for other artists. NWA, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J Blige all in some way shape or form stem from Dre. A true pioneer.
Discovered Snoop Dogg, Easy E, Eminem, and many others...Producer, Rapper, BEATS by Dre, and all time G.
Whoa!!!!!!! This video popped up in my notifications, and wow!!!! This girl is bad!!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤🤤🤤🤤🤤🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Scott Storch(MVP of producing mega hits) playes that piano, and beat was from dre
Still MIA!!
This song is classic
Dr Dre was one of the original members of NWA. Ice T was the same era, Ice has a heavy metal/Rap band called Body Count that you should check out.
Tupac & Dr. Dre - California love video
He’s one of the founders of gangsta rap…
he was in a group called NWA
i remember when i had no radio, tv, internet for 20 years too! ...if you aint up on thangs!
