Great video! Ive tried making hard candy a few times and after cooking to 310 degrees, I pour it onto a steel table top and it always becomes so sticky to the point its impossible to work with. Sticks to table, sticks to the dough scraper, sticks to everything. Your able to scrap and fold it so easy with it not sticking to anything. Any tips?
