No covered parking for residents, no roof gardens, few balconies. No street level retail apparent, few access points for interior shops. Mixed use should incorporate retail, rental hall, office, off street parking for public, tenants, and residential. Community means neighborhoods, people around all the time. Pure commercial areas are deserts, built for cars, not people.
