    love it :) the center worktable is a perfect multifunction worktable also work as a front view camerashoot... maybe you could have a small prooduct photobox

    Looks good! Keep at it! The more organized your working area, the more efficient your workflow. 🍻

    Those new shelves look the same as a couple I got. They shake all over the place with a bedslinger on top.
    I use them for my resin printers and storage now. Just a heads up for you.
    As for the area under the stairs, I have all my packing gear stored under mine in pullout drawers.
    Cheers!

      I'll have to keep that in mind! I think a thicker top and securing them to eachother/the wall will solve my shaking problem and I will be using CoreXY machines on them, but we shall see in a week or 2

    Under the stairs you could:
    - make a nice dog house
    - make one or more large wooden boxes/drawers on wheels with a slanted open top. Like what you would make under a slanted roof.
    - make a rack for storing some usable scrap wood
    - a storage space/box for reusable boxes
    And I think you can hang the ladder behind the door, on the side of the stairs, so you can free up some wall space.
    And maybe put wheels on the big benches?
    Anyway, thanks for the inspiration. I need to do some cleaning up as well ;-)

    Print some cable chains and you can get the minis spaced out nicely 🙂

    When making benches out of the shelving, I level them, bolt them together, then add a 1 1/2" top. Makes for a very sturdy work bench. You can call up a local cabinet shop to see if they have mis-made counter tops. Trust me, they typically do.

      Thanks for the tips! I know when I worked for a woodworking company, we usually had a good pile of scraps or mishaps by the end of the month.

    Us dudes have a problem with clutter, but when we decide to get rid of it, we clean up goooooood

      So true! I’ve spent the last year really working at getting rid of things i don’t need or haven’t used in a while. Still have lots to go but slowly making progress is all i can ask for… as long as i don’t make more clutter in the mean time 😂

    You're doing great. I would just add the FF Adventurer 5M will really shake a table. They are almost violent when at a full boil. If the shelf is a bit shakey, it will affect the surface finish of your prints. When I upgraded my stand, the output quality improved just a wee bit.

    Loving the new shelf setup. Did I catch you say you're getting a flashforge unit in? Emailed you as well, have a group chat going for creators would love to have you there 🤝

      I should have the AD5M Pro coming in a couple days and the S1 Pro from FLSun should be here tomorrow. Checked my email and didn’t see anything in there just yet but I’ll be on the lookout for it, I’d love to join!

    What made you decide to try FF? What deciding factors?

    • @TheMountainMaker
      @TheMountainMaker  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      They're sending them to me for testing. They just want me to use them and see how they perform alongside the other printers in the farm, No expectations at all which is really nice that im able to just put them to work and see if they meet my standards and the quality the im getting from my Bambu printers. Also have the new S1 Pro from FLSun arriving tomorrow so im going to be putting that through its paces too, and hopefully they've made some improvements over the original S1.

      @TheMountainMaker that is great! look forward to your findings with those printers. The prices are appealing, but what about the parts replacements costs.... Will be good to know about that, are they easy to gets, etc. Not many people talk about the maintenance of the the printers enough!

    Love seeing the progress in the shop. I am trying to sell my prints online and had a question about Amazon. How are you creating the listing? is it just generic? Ive done amazon fba wholesale for years but those are name brand products so how do you list yours? Thanks!

    • @TheMountainMaker

      I just list mine as Generic Brand and do the upc exemption

    Curious what room temperatures you typically have in the workshop? Assuming it’s on the cooler side- how does the A1’s non enclosure handle printing ?

    • @TheMountainMaker
      @TheMountainMaker  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I usually try to keep it around 68-70 in here depending on what i'm doing, the mini split is on the wall so it tends to be warmer at ceiling level than it is down on the ground so if im in here editing or sitting for a while, ill turn it up higher. So its typically plenty warm enough in here for non-enclosed machines.

    I do a lot of "cleaning" of my shop which also is just me moving things from one spot to another while adding more 3D Printing stuff. FML

    Doing good mate - curious how stable the new benches will be with your new printers (vibration, etc) 🤔
    Edit: May also want to cap the top of the legs on them - the equivalents I’ve used here in Oz tend to be sharp little shits 🤷‍♂️

    • @TheMountainMaker
      @TheMountainMaker  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      They actually came with caps for the shelves but I think i'll end up doing a butcher block style top for it! The vibrations on the current shelves would definitely be too much with how thin they are
