- It's here. It's real. Rick Astley is nowhere to be found this time. From a culmination of half a year and several amazing Train Sim community modders/developers comes the 'Amtrak F40ph E.P.' now available for download and hosted at Chris & Jerre's Paint shed (Link below). While the original form of this pack was great months ago, it's even better now and has seen substantial tweaks and upgrades - well worth the wait. I've yet to see what all's in store as well so let's take a look!

The horn selector is something i've only seen so far on Armstrong Powerhouse's stuff (i think it was the Class 411/4CEP they made). This is basically on part with that add-on. Awesome stuff!

These locos look and sound better than DTGs FP40s for TSW 2. 3rd party modders carrying TS....again. At this point, TS2022 or "Classic", should just include a PDF with hotlinks to the various mods sites.

Another thing is, if you open the doors when your at a station platform the doors open, watch the inside rooms through the windows and the sliding doors open for the bedrooms!

Among what other people said this is not a place for knowing how to trouble shoot stuff but I'm not sure if its the pack or if I did something wrong whenever I installed it but for the superliners the sounds for the breaks releasing, the squeal and the couple/Decouple don't appear to work for some reason would like to know what's up with that or if its like the horn where it'll be patched later on
Wasted no time getting this one up on the channel!! By the looks of the live stream I'd say these guys have taken TS2022 to a level that has seldom been done by any developer. But as always, I will wait to hear what you have to say before making up my mind.

there's something wrong when i click the link and i go to the F40PH Enhancement pack and the Gevo mega enhancement pack as well as the Gp38 s series Enhancement pack , i click it then it gives me error message saying couldnt preview file and There was a problem with the preview?
Any idea why my reverser isn't showing up on the locos anymore? I reinstalled verified game cache and all that and still nothing.

Even tho I’m sorta partial to the searchlight f40 where you slap it on the ass and bust thru 94mph I think and it starts slamming 3 -6 mafia thru the headphones In cab like it’s gotta system blasting 😂, whoever put that into the mod is gangster, it took me like 30 seconds to figure out it’s actually in the mod and playing in the cab not in my room, slob on my knob , like corn 🌽 on Tha cob, check in wit me, n do ya job……..😂😂..anyways….. bro this link you posted on here for this mod is trash 🗑️ , anyway you can update where we are able to perhaps download this mod? When I load up mine the reverser is not in and I can’t move it
I was thinkin the same thing when he was goin thru the notches you can’t even tell cause hep is already got the motor screaming ass at 900 ish rpm’s. Although this is real and an actual thing, I know this first hand cause I used to stay outside Chicago and ride the metra down into the city and they wud have these but the blue metra livery which is retarded sexy btw, but two or three of them underground at union station screaming ass sitting still just to keep the coaches all powered up. But damn I enjoy riding and hearing it pull thru the notches man, hearing the twin turbo dyson vacuum cleaner eating ass is the best part of the dang game so I wud prolly be riding with hep off

So it sounds like it’s in standby mode at 410rpm. Normal low idle is 290rpm I believe. Could be wrong.
Low idle was 270 RPM. Normal idle was 410, standby HEP was like 727 and HEP is 904.

I know this is not the place for troubleshooting but maybe I will have more luck than I had on cjp Facebook page. Does anyone know why the lights don't work at all for me? I have no texture on the loco for the light when it is on.
Other than that an excellent enhancement pack!
Its essential you follow the readme word for word included in the manual. As long as its installed correctly and youre using the right key commands there should be no prob. If its beyond that I'd contact C&J. May help to re-read and re-install just to make sure. I personally find doing this works 9/10 times
Make sure headlight flares are enabled in the game settings
@@LP_LP_LP_LP thanks LP that did the trick for this pack and others :)) I somehow missed the importance of flares for this new headlights as the older dlcs worked without the flares. But this ones look really good. Amazing work with this ep guys!

Wabash you sure you got the right pack? It only works w the standard cali zephyr pack. If you do, make sure you ran the batch file

Mod doesn't work properly anymore. The keyboard controls do nothing and that is the only way to control the cab.
Those are not door lights on the cars those lights tell the engineer the brakes are released or applied!!
