I did 5 years in prison. The fact that he isn't doing anything constructive with his time is MIND BOGGLING. No type of self help to be a better person. Still talking the same way. He hasn't learned a damn thing and it's sad for his kids.
I hope when he get out he go right back .. so he can learn a lesson

They have small kids. There are other celebrity situations sadly where both parents were convicted and the courts will often delay the sentence for one of the parents to be out with the kids. In this case the kids are likely better off I guess 🤷🏽♀️

It happens with wealthy people all the time, one will serve their time, then once released, the other will go in to serve their sentence.
More likely for wealthy couples - remember the college scandal; some of the parents were sentenced to serve their time separately, so that only one parent was gone. Also, Real Housewives of New Jersey I think. But these were people with similar charges, and the same case.

DJ Envy is friends with Teresa Guidice, he’s seen one parent go in, and the court allow the other parent to raise the kids. Doesn’t mean that’s happening for everyone, but it’s not weird Envy said this.

Teresa and her husband were both living in the same house raising their kids together. Chrisean and Blueface were not. Blueface wasn't even claiming the child and if I'm not mistaken he has other kids. So don't nobody care like that since they are not a family unit. They did it in new jersey. Theresa & her husband from the real housewives of NJ got to let 1 parent go in 1st. Then when she got out her now ex husband went in. But the were convicted for the same crime
A judge did that for the Bentley family when both Billy and his wife had to serve time…they let him do his time first then when he came home she went in.
It's up to the judge whether they want to consider that or not.

Judges will only stagger sentences for parents if they are married and charged in the same case. They were convicted of different things in different states.

It's happened before. I recall a couple had their son pretend like he accidentally went away in a balloon or something. Happened several years ago. The husband was white and mother was Asian.
