When I saw Snape in this video, I became rather interested in what he might have seen if he confronted a Boggart. It's like this song says, he always seems so strong and fearless (that's why I respect him, apart from the fact that he's not afraid to be harsh and alone, not to mention evil - ha-ha-ha), but I'm sure he has something that he's afraid of, just like all of us. Great video - long live Harry Potter!
Oh my goodness gracious this is so good! Your videos are all so fabulous, and they really get to the heart of what we love about the series... thank you!!
This video makes me think of Harry and Snape the most, who really are heroes. Even Dumbledore was foolish and couldn't face his family, but that makes him just as human. But the fear brings hope, and love. What was it that was said in Eragon? I do believe it was "Without fear there is no hope. And as long as we are together it is our enemies that should be afraid." Wonderful video.
I love this song, and I really like your interpretation of it. I've always thought of it as a message to people like Neville or Ron who are brave, but sometimes don't feel like it. I see it as a reminder that we're all afraid, but we can overcome that fear, and when we're together we can be strong. I really like your interpretation as well!
Bravery and courage are very different. Bravery is "acting" in a courageous manner. Courage is being afraid of something but overcoming it no matter the personal cost
Since I found your videos, I'm constantly rewatching these: I Must Not Tell Lies, Fight Or Flight, Chapter 34, The Flaw In The Plan, We Are Wizards, Survivor. They are all amazing songs - and your video-making ability is without question. :)
is it bad i cried when i heard the book on tape person speak... because that is the voice i heard every nigh as a little girl for my bed time story. me and my brother would put the tapes in and sit on his bed and just listen to the story unfold. i don't remember the person's name but i do remember that they read every book of the series for the books on tape. also beautiful song!
@hptwilighter Haha I knew exactly when your video went up cuz I checked TH-cam like 30mins prior and I thought to myself "I guess Christine's RiddleTM video won't be up until tomorrow" and then I checked before going to sleep and it was there.
@chinareds54 haha yeah I finished the video at 12am but had a lot of technical difficulties so by the time it finally processed it was 1:30... good thing it's summer break!
@TheMalfoyBoy Would he see something like Lily looking disappointed or saying that she was upset/disappointed in him because what he fears most now is letting Lily down?
@IAmPotterPrincess The guy was Jim Dale and he should be the only one allowed to do these books. He is the only one who actually does it decently. There are videos of him reading bits of Harry Potter at Barns&Nobel somewhere on this site. Check it out if you're interested in finding out how good he is.
Ariana waters your right. Also the thing that Voldemort feared most was death. Harry, in spite of being afraid to die, chose to lay down his life to save his friends. Harry was braver than Voldemort .
He still was protected by his mother who died for him, remember? So Voldemort couldn't kill till his 17th birthday. (Sorry if there are any mistakes, I'm german)
+David Miller hm... Voldemort always wanted to kill Harry himself because of the prophercy, I think. So the Death Eaters were never allowed to kill him, they should only catch him. Once, Voldemort screams: 'He's mine!' when Harry tries to run and the Death Eaters attack him. I think Ron should've died. JKR has planned to kill him, but in the end, she didn't. Whyever.
+David Miller I think that everyone expected so much from Harry, but nobody worried about his safety, nobody thought about the pressure on him and how that would effect him . He was expected to fight and he did even though he had a chance to leave and give up but no matter if he was on his own, he still fought for freedom and that is why he is a true hero. He didnt die becasue he had everything to live for.

Show this to Voldemort! He'd probably try to deny it that he was scared of Harry.😱
I'd like to see him try. :)
@victoria13victoria Aww thanks I'm glad you liked it
Did you overlay the audio book segment over the song? Or did Riddle TM release it that way?
@hptwilighter Nice! I loved it. :)

@KatherineWeasley Yeah I used the audiobook + part of the audio from PoA in the video.
What do I say to this? It's too amazing to put a name to this!
Wow, you're still awake? Isn't it like 1:30 over there?
Your videos just continue to be freakin' amazing.
English or American Potterheads we must join together and unite like the Houses and bring down all non-believers!

@evylynchlover09 Thank you!
fear is wisdom when confronted with danger

Is a very good Song but i think its a Little bit sad
Welcome to Riddle TM. Either depressing or superbly happy.
2019 anyone?
Who would have thought that Voldemort...wouldn't respond for talking about him like this
Me a science lover thought that this is something about adrenaline...
@TheNhunguyen what about the Canadian Potterheads??? unless that was implied when you said Americans....
I wonder what would happen if someone feared a Boggart... would the boggart then show its' true form?
Voldermorts scared of one thing: Harry. (Right?)
Donna Stemler I think he's more scared of being powerless in general, Harry is a symbol for that.
Ariana waters your right. Also the thing that Voldemort feared most was death. Harry, in spite of being afraid to die, chose to lay down his life to save his friends. Harry was braver than Voldemort .
Lets start a story!
One day at hogwarts Harry was playing Quidditch...

He caught the snitch the end.

And what about Swedish potterheads!?!?
Honestly I think Harry should have died in the 4th book/movie.
He still was protected by his mother who died for him, remember? So Voldemort couldn't kill till his 17th birthday. (Sorry if there are any mistakes, I'm german)
