Very impressed. Great teacher who can play the guitar very well and sing very well too. I am extremely happy to have found this channel.
Thanks J V! Hopefully more videos coming soon. I've been on the road with a band and taking some time off for summer.
Yeah, really great lesson. I have to say that this is the best lesson for rythm and strumming of a song that I've found so far on the web. Thank you!
Thanks Micael!
Very good lesson and pedagogy , congratulations from Switzerland , hope you will. Continue such a good work 👏🤛🤣⅝
Thank you!!! Lots more coming to this channel
Amazing. Exactly what I was needing…just the strum patterns clearly explained and written out. Thank you.
Thanks Richard, glad I could help!
I agree so much with this. Wild Horses is not that easy to do correctly, like so many "simple" songs from the Stones. Thank you for creating and posting this video 👍🏼
Thanks Willi!
Thank you for posting this. It is really instructive, easy to follow and most of all ENCOURAGING. Everyting a teacher strives to be!
Thank you! Glad it helped 👍
This is the best strumming lesson I’ve seen. Thank you!
Thanks Oscar!
best lesson for this song I've seen.
Thank you!!
Thank you. I had skipped over the Bm and have been playing a different cord all these years. Thanks again for helping me to kick my playing up another notch and also helping me with the strumming patterns. 😊
Glad to help! Thanks for watching.
love this song. always wanted to play it but stood no chance. the way you baby stepped us through it is fantastic. thank you.
Glad it helped!
Best lesson ever on best song ever ...
Thank you! Lots more lessons on the channel
Great lesson for a beautiful classic song, thank you. I had the intro strum but did not realize how I had incorrectly been doing the verses
Glad it helped. Thanks for commenting.
Wow, Great lesson! You made it so much easier to understand how the strumming goes for this song. thank you for posting this video. I just bought your book about strumming I realize now I really need to improve my strumming!
Cool, thanks for buying the book Ben. Let me know if you have any questions when you get it.
I see this is a year old so not sure if you'll get to read this, but thank you for explaining the strum pattern, by far the most difficult part of my guitar playing.
Thank you for watching and commenting 😎
Great lesson thanx so much
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching 😎

Thanks for watching and commenting 😀
Great tutorial.
Thank you!!
Great stuff. I have just finished your soloing book, so I ordered your strumming book too. I play a bit of traditional Celtic music and the strumming there can be a bit tricky, so hope the book gives me some ideas.
Cool thanks Brian, definitely there are some tips in my Strumming book that I think will help with that 😀
Great job buddy, keep it cool 😎
Thanks for watching
Great lesson! Only took me a day or two to get the strum down, probably < an hour of practice. Ordered your book on Amazon. Thanks!
Awesome! Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions about the book
Nice Blue.... hope to see you soon
Thanks for watching David!
Thank you so much for this strumming lesson💖
You're handsome.
Thank you! 😃
Hmmm, I don't move my strumming hand constantly up and down but still have no problem with the simple strumming pattern played in time well. Guess it's a drummer thing, I don't know. In any case, great break down on Wild Horses.
It's still possible to play the strum correctly without swinging your arm in constant ups and downs, but it helps a lot so we don't lose what best we are on, and can help the rhythm sound smoother.. Thanks for watching!
So it is 16th note strumming and the proper counting is actually 1e&a2e&a3e&a4e&a. Down on the beats and the &s and Ups on e and a.
16-note is usually thought of that way yes... 1e&a etc. But honestly we can also just think of it as 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & twice. Whatever works best for you.
@@GuitarLessonsVancouver That's true and I think it's much easier to count that way. I just wanted to make sure, as I've been more concerned with correct counting for some time now.
Another good vid, thanks! . . . tho probably sack your continuity guy 😂😂😂
Thanks for watching! Scorsese wasn't available 😀
For me the Bm has to be played slower than the others chords.
It is a more challenging chord for sure. But you can get faster in time 👍😀
